location for a report of lost property. Officers spoke with the caller who
advised that he left his backpack in an Uber vehicle on 11/04/2019. The
caller stated that when the backpack was returned to him he was missing items
from the bag. The caller was advised to contact the respective agencies to
receive replacement copies of the lost items.

report of somebody being followed. It was found that the incident came from a
near accident that took place on Annapolis Rd. Both parties were advised that
due to there being no accident taking place, no police action was required.

this establishment for any issues.

1755 hours- Welfare check- 7700 Block of Riverdale Road- Officers responded to the
location for a man stumbling around and falling. The Officers observed the
intoxicated man in question lying on the ground and made contact. The man
refused any medical attention. Officers transported the man back to his
residence where he was released to the care of his wife.

conducted a premise check at the location, made contact with patrons and
employees of the T/A. There were no issues observed or reported, and business
was as usual.

1917 hours- MPS- 7700 Block Riverdale Road - Officers
responded to the location and made contact with the caller who stated his
roommate broke the lock to the front door after losing his keys. The caller
stated he filed for a Peace Order against his roommate and demonstrated a copy
of it to Officers on scene. The caller was provided case numbers and advised to
appear to the final hearing for the Peace Order and address any further
concerns and roommate disputes with the courts. The caller was also advised to
notify Emergency maintenance to fix the lock. The incident was
documented.

woman left prior to Officer's arrival. Officers discovered the individual
near the location and advised her not to return to the Subway.

to the frequencies in thefts and fraudulent activities from the above
locations, Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for
suspicious person or activities, none of which were observed at this time.

2100 hours- Disorderly- 5300 Block 85th Avenue - Officers responded to the location for an
ongoing landlord/tenant dispute. Officers made contact with the caller who
was concerned about her current living arrangements with the lease holder. The
leaseholder addressed the same concerns; all parties were again referred to the
District Courts to obtain relief.

to the location after receiving an anonymous call about someone illegally
dumping their trash however, when Officers arrived there were no such
discoveries. A canvas of the area yielded negative results.

patrol, an Officer observed a Silver Nissan disabled in the roadway. The driver
was unable to efficiently schedule a private tow therefore, the vehicle was
impounded by Charley's towing service. Prince George's County
Telecommunications was notified.

While on Patrol, officers observed an individual in front of the underlined
location possibly suffering from side effects of a controlled dangerous
substance; PCP due to observing the individual's behavior, the strong
chemical-like odor emanating from his body, and his temporary inability to
process pain after observing him struggle to maintain his balance and falling
prior to making contact with him. An Officer transported the individual to
Prince George's Hospital for an E.P.S. also to treat the wounds he obtained
from falling.
