OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT AND CONDUCTED INTERVIEWS WITH THE NIECE AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS. OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE INCIDENT OCCURRED IN ASHBURN VA ON FRIDAY. THE VICTIM WAS REFEREED TO THE PROPER JURISDICTION AND GIVEN LOCAL RES
