1457 HOURS-EPS-7700 block Riverdale Rd. - Officers responded to this location for a report of a male who climbed onto the balcony without permission. Officers found that the male was under the influence of some type of CDS and was unresponsive. The male was then detained and transported to Prince George's County Hospital Center for an emergency petition service.

1642 HOURS-Disorderly-5200 block 85th Ave - Officers responded to this location for a report of a domestic dispute. It was found however, there was no domestic and the female involved was having issues regarding her family and began to destroy her own property. The male was advised that if he felt unsafe to contact the district court commissioner; however, as the female destroyed her own belongings and left there were no actions we could take.

1647 HOURS-Accident-Annapolis Rd. @ I-495 S- Officers responded to this location for a report of a two-vehicle accident that caused minor damage. Officers assisted with an exchange of information and advised of next options.
1802 hrs., Shoppers/ Disorderly, caller stated a male was arguing with security and grabbed a fire extinguisher to try to get them back. Officers located the male walking in front of Foodway yelling at no one in particular. Officers stopped him and detained him, he continued to yell and scream at people and officers. While speaking to him it was discovered he had a mental illness, he was transported to the hospital for treatment. Report written
1915 hrs., 8500 block Oglethorpe St/ Loud music, caller stated there was loud music coming from this area. Officers located music and spoke to the homeowner, it was a baby shower held outdoors due to COVID, with very few people. The music was turned down with no issues. No Report.
1945 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Check on the welfare, caller stated there was a male passed out on the sidewalk. Officers located the male and discovered he lived in the area. He was intoxicated and taken to his residence for someone to care for him in his condition. No Report.

2015 hrs., 5800 block Mentana St/ Trespass, caller stated he believes people are drinking and partying on his property which is vacant. Officers have been conducting checks on the property, however it is unsure when exactly the mess occurred due to the owner being away for several weeks. The trash was thrown about the yard as if an animal had gotten into the trash can. He was advised what measures he can take to secure the residence and video surveillance as well. No Report.
2045 hrs., 8300 block of Donoghue Dr/ Loud music, caller stated there was loud music coming from the area. Officers went through the whole block and did not hear any music coming from any location there or surrounding. No Report.
2105 hrs., Shell/ Stolen vehicle, caller stated his vehicle was taken. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the male who was extremely intoxicated. The male stated he located his vehicle across the street and did not need officers. Officers contacted a family member who stated they were home and sent an Uber for the male so as to not have him drive. No Report.
2130 hrs., 6800 block Fairborn Terr/ Loud music, caller stated the music was too loud coming from this location. Officers went to the location and spoke to the homeowner who turned the music down with no issues. No Report.
2140 hrs., 7500 block Topton St/ Domestic, child at the location called stating their mother and father were fighting. Officers spoke to both parties who stated the female half was given money by the male half for a party tomorrow and the male half became upset. The male half was intoxicated and hit the female in her arm. There were no signs of injury and all domestic procedures were followed and completed. Report written

2333 hrs., Carrollton Pkwy at Farmcrest Dr/ Loud music, caller stated there was loud music coming from this area. Officers located the residence and spoke to the homeowner. The homeowner turned down the music with no issues. No Report.

0005 hrs., Good Luck Rd at Donoghue Dr/ Loud music, caller stated there was a party in this area unknown of exact location. Officers located the party and advised them they needed to shut the party down and turn the music off. The homeowner did with no issues. No Report.
0026 hrs., 7600 block Fountainebleau Dr/ Disorderly, caller stated he was an uber eats driver and patron failed to pay for food. When officers spoke to him, he stated he had two orders in the vehicle and when the patron realized his order was wrong he decided to take both orders. The driver did not know what apartment the patron went into as well. The person who placed the second order cancelled it so they did not lose any money. No Report.
0117 hrs., 8000 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Loud music, caller stated there was music from a party in the area. Officers located the party and advised the homeowner turn the music down and shut down the party. They did with no issues. No Report.
0130 hrs., Inner loop of the beltway/ Assist MSP with a traffic stop, trooper called for assistance with a traffic stop close to our jurisdiction. Officers went to assist but were cancelled when other units arrived on scene. No Report.
0145 hrs., Beckett Field/ Suspicious Persons, while on patrol officers observed two persons sitting on the benches of the field. They live local and were just out talking and enjoying the air. They were advised the park was closed and asked to leave, they did with no issues. No Report.
0237 hrs., Longbranch Dr and Adrian St/ Loud music, caller stated there was loud music in the area from a party. Officers drove the area and were unable to hear any loud music. No Report.
0300 hrs., School Check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.
0334 hrs., Longbranch Dr and Adrian St/ Loud music, caller again stated they heard a party with music in the area. Officers canvassed the area and this time were able to locate the party when several guests decided to leave. Officers attempted to speak to the homeowner several times and when we were finally able to, officers observed a party with nearly 50 people inside. Officers dispersed the party and advised the renter of the home of the ordinances in the city and the Governor's order in place. The community resource officer was notified as well as an email to the on call command about the residence. While officers were there they observed a vehicle parked near Wildercroft Park, when the tag was run it came back to a different vehicle with a different month sticker. Due to the violation the vehicle was impounded. Report written. (Several parking tickets were issued as well as a result of the party)
