Officers were able to make contact with the female and found that she was intoxicated and was sitting outside of her residence. loud music coming from this area. Officers checked and were unable to
locate any music playing loudly. No Report.

New Carrollton Public Library/ Alarm, alarm company stated it was coming from
the meeting room. Officers checked all doors and windows were
secure. Unknown cause for the activation at this time. No Report.

Metro Points Hotel/ Theft, caller stated she ordered food from Uber eats and
when it was delivered a male picked it up instead. Caller stated she did
not know the male and did not give him permission to take her food. The
male took the food upstairs and brought it back down several minutes later in
an attempt to give it to the caller. At this time the food was not able
to be eaten by the caller. Officers located the male and while speaking
to him observed he suffered from a mental illness and he stated he was homeless.
Officers gave the caller her money back and she was satisfied. Report written

loud music in the area. Officers checked the area and located a vehicle
with a male sitting inside. Officers spoke to the male who lived one
street over and was just relaxing and smoking before he goes to his

they could hear people screaming and yelling and one stated they had a
gun. Officers were en route to the location when they noticed two
vehicles stopped at 85th Ave and Annapolis Rd. Officers stopped the
vehicles and all parties were together but the last car that left was the one
they were arguing with. The male was upset with the friends because they
were taking home his ex-girlfriend and he wanted to. There was no
physical altercation and officers checked on the female half as well who stated
she was fine and he did nothing to her. No Report.
