THE CALLER ADVISED SHE WAS IN SHOCK DURING THE PREVIOUS CALL AND THAT'S WHY SHE REFUSED POLICE SERVICES. THE CALLER ADVISED A MUTUAL COMBATANTS INCIDENT OCCURRED AND SHE WANTED HER BOYFRIEND TO LEAVE THE RESIDENCE. OFFICERS ADVISED AND PHOTOGRAPHED BOTH SUBJECTS. REPORT WRITTEN

UPON INVESTIGATION THE VEHICLE WAS NOT STOLEN IT HAD BEEN SITTING ON A DARCARS LOT IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY. OFFICERS WERE UNABLE TO REMOVE THE VEHICLE FROM NCIC DUE TO THE VEHICLE STILL BEING LOCATED OUT OF THE COUNTY. THE MANAGEMENT WAS REFERRED TO THE PROPER JURISDICTION.
