BUILDING. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE SUBJECT. THE SUBJECT LIVED AT THE
RESIDENCE AND COULD NOT MAKE ENTRY BECAUSE HE FORGOT HIS KEYS. THE SUBJECT MADE
ENTRY INTO HIS RESIDENCE.

QUENTIN ST- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT TO CHECK IF THE HOME OWNER WHO WAS AN
ELDERLY CITIZEN WAS OK BECAUSE NO ONE HAS SEEN HER IN A WHILE. OFFICERS WERE
UNABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE HOME OWNER. THERE WERE NO SIGNS THAT THE HOME
OWNER WAS NOT OK. THE MAIL BOX WAS EMPTIED, THE GRASS HAD BEEN CUT RECENTLY AND
NO PACKAGES OR NEWS PAPERS WERE STACKED UP ON HER DOOR.

CT- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT FOR A STOLEN VEHICLE. THE SIG4 ADVISED SHE WAS IN
THE PROCESS OF BUYING A RENTAL CAR FROM AVIS AND THE PAPERWORK WAS NOT
COMPLETED. OFFICERS REVIEWED THE PAPERWORK. OFFICERS WERE UN ABLE TO DETERMINE
THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE AT THIS TIME. DUE TO THE LACK OF DOCUMENTATION.

WITH THE SIG 4 WHO ADVISED HER DAUGHTER, WHO IS 18 YEARS OLD, WAS NOT MISSING
BUT THE SIG 4 WANTED TO KNOW WHO SHE LEFT THE RESIDENCE WITH. THE SIG 4 WAS
