  0630 hrs. Threats 8200 block Annapolis Rd.  Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a threats complaint. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the caller who advised the incident occurred outside of our jurisdiction, at this time the caller was advised who to contact if further assistance was needed.  No report.  0720 hrs. Welfare Check 8300 block Annapolis Rd.  Officers were on routine patrol when they observed an individual laying on the ground behind the 8300 block Annapolis Rd. Officers spoke with the subject who stated that he laid down to sober up. Officers attempted to identify the male subject who became uncooperative. The

The subject was transported to the hospital for an EPS.
