Elaine Drive: The caller stated that someone stole her vehicle. Officers called
the caller and discovered that her vehicle was impounded last night. the caller

Officers responded to the location and provided the caller with the vehicle

OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND CANVASSED THE AREA YIELDING NEGATIVE RESULTS. NO

ROUTINE PATROL OBSERVED A VEHICLE STUCK IN THE MEDIAN. OFFICERS NOTIFIED PG
COUNTY AND THEY RESPONDED OUT TO TAKE OVER THE SCENE. NO REPORT.
0047 HOURS- SIG 9/ ARREST- LAMONT DR @ GOOD LUCK
RD- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THIS LOCATION FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT. OFFICERS
ARRIVED AND OBSERVED A VEHICLE COLLIDED INTO AN ELECTRICITY POLE. UPON MAKING
APPROACH THE DRIVER BECAME COMBATIVE WITH OFFICERS AND ATTEMPTED TO FLEE THE
SCENE. THE PASSENGER IN THE VEHICLE HAD AN OPEN WARRANT. WHILE CONDUCTING A
SEARCH INCIDENT TO ARREST, OFFICERS RECOVERED PCP AND SUSPECTED MARIJUANA.
PEPCO WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED OUT ALONG WITH TINOS TOWING. BOTH THE DRIVER
AND PASSENGER WERE ARRESTED, TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AND THEN
TO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS IN UPPER MARLBORO. REPORT WRITTEN
