Upon arrival officers observed a male laying on the ground screaming. The
victim was shot two times. officers rendered aid. The victim was transported to
the hospital for further medical aid. Officers were advised by a doctor that
the victim had no life threatening injuries. there was no suspect
description provided by the victim. Det. Robinson responded out and
processed the scene. NCPD 1 responded out to the scene to assist. NCPD 3 was
