0700 hrs., Theft from Auto/ 7600 block Vicar St/ The suspect smashed the front passenger side window and stole property off the seat. REPORT WRITTEN 0720 hrs., Accident/  5500 block Karen Elaine Dr ./ Caller cancelled officers prior to arrival. 0735 hrs., Disorderly/  5500 block Karen Elaine Dr ./ Caller wanted to speak to officers in reference the call above. Officers learned the caller and her neighbor have been having arguments over their vehicles and she wanted legal advice. The caller was advised to seek a protective order and notify her rental office. 0805 hrs., Commercial Alarm/  8300 block Annapolis Rd / The alarm was set off by the cleaning crew.  0905 hrs., Mps/  6400 block 85th Ave / Officers responded to the LOI for suicide. Once on scene, officers observed a female fleeing from the LOI on foot. Officers gave chase and bought the female back to the LOI. 1023 hrs., Mps/ 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Officers responded to the LOI for a burglary in progress. Once on scene, officers learned that the subjects who were stopped, believed they were meeting a female who they met via social media. The female asked them to meet up at the LOI and invited them inside of the house. The subjects passed over all the text message exchange from the female. NCPD CID was notified and the subjects were photograph, warrants checks and SOW. REPORT WRITTEN 1120 hrs., Accident/ 8200 Block Carrollton Pkwy/ Driver struck a parked vehicle and both vehicles suffer damages and nobody was injured and all info were exchanged.  1215 hrs., Accident/ Annapolis Rd @ Veterans Pkwy/ Info Exchange. 1326 hrs., Fraud/  8200 block Annapolis Rd / Subject attempted to open a bank account with a fraudulent identification.
