1023 hrs., Mps/ 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Officers responded to the LOI for a burglary in progress. Once on scene, officers learned that the subjects who were stopped, believed they were meeting a female who they met via social media. The female asked them to meet up at the LOI and invited them inside of the house. The subjects passed over all the text message exchange from the female. NCPD CID was notified and the subjects were photograph, warrants checks and SOW. REPORT WRITTEN

1120 hrs., Accident/ 8200 Block Carrollton Pkwy/ Driver struck a parked vehicle and both vehicles suffer damages and nobody was injured and all info were exchanged. 

1215 hrs., Accident/ Annapolis Rd @ Veterans Pkwy/ Info Exchange.

1326 hrs., Fraud/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd/ Subject attempted to open a bank account with a fraudulent identification. Officers located the subjects real identification and he was cited and banned from the property. REPORT WRITTEN

1359 hrs., Eps/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Officers located a subject who was under the influence of PCP. Officers then transported the subject to PGH. REPORT WRITTEN

1403 hrs., Burglary/ 5700 block 84th Ave/ Unknown suspect broke into the victim house and stole coins and fled in an unknown directions. NCPD CID was notified. REPORT WRITTEN

1430 hrs., Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1530 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave. Check clear.

1620 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1730 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1838 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1856 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1922 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- BECKETT FIELD- ALL CLEAR.

1951 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

2025 HOURS- ALARM- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE RESIDENCE FOR AN ALARM FROM THE REAR DOOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE REAR DOOR SLIGHTLY AJAR, NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY, AND THE RESIDENCE UNOCCUPIED.  THE RESIDENCE WAS CLEARED AND FOUND TO BE IN ORDER, WITH NO APPARENT SIGNS OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY; THE RESIDENCE WAS RE-SECURED.  NO REPORT.

2051 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

2120 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6000 BLOCK MENTANA ST.-  ALL CLEAR.

2143 HOURS- LANDLORD/TENANT- 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - CIVIL DISPUTE BETWEEN TWO ROOMMATES OVER ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY.  BOTH PARTIES WERE MET AND ADVISED; BUILDING MAINTENANCE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ELECTRICAL ISSUE. 

2215 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- METRO POINTS- ALL CLEAR, NO COMPLAINTS FROM MANAGEMENT.

2220 HOURS- FOUND PROPERTY- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  CALLER WANTED TO REPORT THAT SHE HAD RECOVERED HER LOST PURSE, WITH ALL OF ITS CONTENTS.  OFFICERS RESPONDED AND CONFIRMED THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CALLER. SUPPLEMENT REPORT WRITTEN

2235 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

2332 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.   -CALLER REPORTED THAT HER SON AND HIS GIRLFRIEND WERE ARGUING.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE RESIDENCE, MADE CONTACT WITH ALL PARTIES; THE CALLERS SON AND HIS GIRLFRIEND WERE UNCOOPERATIVE, UNINJURED, AND REFUSED POLICE SERVICES.  BOTH PARTIES REFUSED THE LETHALITY ASSESSMENT, REFUSED MOBILE CRISIS INTERVENTION, WERE CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, AND ADVISED. REPORT WRITTEN

0016 HOURS- DOMESTIC ARREST- 8400 BLOCK RAVENSWOOD RD. - PASSERBY REPORTED A FEMALE SCREAMING AND RUNNING IN THE ROADWAY.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET WITH THE CALLER, THE FEMALE, AND HER BOYFRIEND.  WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF PGPD (B3), OFFICERS CONFIRMED A DOMESTIC ASSAULT HAD OCCURRED, WITH THE MALE SUFFERING MINOR INJURY.  THE FEMALE WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE D.O.C.  THE MALE REFUSED L.A.P. AND MEDICAL TREATMENT ON SCENE; BOTH THE MALE AND FEMALE WERE PHOTOGRAPHED FOR REPORT DOCUMENTATION. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
