1020 hrs., Mps/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Caller reported he found a child walking around with his parents. Officers located the parents and the child was unharmed and returned to the parents. CPS and NCPD 2 were notified. REPORT WRITTEN

1300 hrs., Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1430 hrs., Accident/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd/ Info exchange.

1455 hrs., Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Caller reported there was a man outside asking for money. Officers couldn't locate the male and the caller was advised.

1530 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1545 hrs., Hit in Run/ Annapolis Rd at Riverdale Rd/ Officers were cancelled due to the accident occurred outside of the city.

1630 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 Block Karen Elaine Dr./ Check clear.

1645 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 Block Riverdale Rd/ Check clear.

1720 hrs., Premise Check/ Robert Frost Elem Park/ Park clear.

1847 HOURS- HIT AND RUN- 6400 BLOCK FAIRBORN TERR.-  A MALE ON A DIRTBIKE STRUCK THE REAR OF A PARKED VEHICLE, CAUSING DAMAGE; THE MALE FLED THE SCENE WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION TO THE VEHICLE OWNER.  A.C.R.S. COMPLETED. REPORT WRITTEN

1910 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1926 HOURS- COMMERCIAL ALARM- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE VALUE CITY FURNITURE FOR AN ALARM.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE BUILDING SECURE, WITH NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FORCED ENTRY.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM ACTIVATION.

1935 HOURS- ASSIST PGPD- PARKDALE- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION TO ASSIST PGPD WITH A BUILDING SEARCH AFTER A SCHOOL ALARM WAS ACTIVATED.  A SEARCH WAS PERFORMED ON THE TEMPORARY BUILDING WHERE THE ALARM ORIGINATED; NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WAS OBSERVED.  HANDLED BY PGPD.

1950 HOURS- NOTIFICATION- 5900 BLOCK HARLAND ST.-  DETECTIVES FROM PGPD RST REQUESTED AN OFFICER CONTACT THE RESIDENT AND NOTIFY THEM THAT THEIR JUVENILE SON WAS IN CUSTODY.  OFFICERS WERE UNABLE TO MAKE NOTIFICATION AS NO ONE WAS AT THE RESIDENCE.

2010 HOURS- FOLLOW UP- 8500 BLOCK 86TH CT. -  OFFICERS WENT TO THE RESIDENCE TO OBTAIN A STATEMENT FROM A JUVENILE AT THE RESIDENCE, FOR A PREVIOUS INCIDENT.  THE JUVENILES MOTHER WAS ASLEEP AND UPON BEING AWAKENED BY OFFICERS, DECLINED TO ALLOW THE STATEMENT, STATING THAT SHE WOULD BRING HER SON TO THE STATION THE FOLLOWING DAY TO COMPLETE A STATEMENT FORM.

2114 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

2142 HOURS- LOUD PARTY- 8400 BLOCK QUINTANA ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION DUE TO A REPORT OF A LOUD PARTY.  OFFICERS MET THE RESIDENT, WHO WAS ADVISED, AND TURNED THE MUSIC DOWN TO ACCEPTABLE LEVELS.

2227 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS DODGE- ALL CLEAR.

2239 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2302 HOURS- MUSIC COMPLAINT- 8400 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY-ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF A LOUD PARTY IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE AREA, BUT DID NOT LOCATE ANY DISTURBANCE OR LOUD PARTY.

0050 HOURS- ROAD RAGE- LAMONT ELEMENTARY-  CALLER COMPLAINED THAT ANOTHER VEHICLE ON THE ROADWAY WAS DRIVING AGGRESSIVELY, LEADING TO A VERBAL CONFRONTATION AT A STOP LIGHT.  THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE CALLER, AND NO THREATS WERE CLAIMED OR VERIFIED.  THE CALLER JUST WANTED TO LET OFFICERS KNOW ABOUT THE SITUATION.

0110 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 6100 BLOCK 84TH AVE.-  CALLER COMPLAINED THAT HER EX-BOYFRIEND REFUSED TO RETURN THEIR SON TO HER. OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET BOTH PARTIES, WHO CHECKED NEGATIVE, WERE PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED THE MATTER WAS CIVIL AND THAT THEY SHOULD OBTAIN A COURT ORDER TO ESTABLISH CUSTODY.  THE SON WAS ALLOWED TO LEAVE WITH THE MOTHER DUE TO A PRE-SCHEDULED MEDICAL PROCEDURE IN THE MORNING. REPORT WRITTEN

0150 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

0217 HOURS- SUICIDAL PERSON/E.P.S.- 6400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.- CALLER STATED HIS EX-GIRLFRIEND WAS SUICIDAL, HAD SENT HIM TEXTS AND A VOICEMAIL SAYING SHE WAS HARMING HERSELF.  OFFICERS RESPONDED AND DISCOVERED GROUNDS FOR AN EMERGENCY PETITION.  THE FEMALE WAS TRANSPORTED TO P.G.H. FOR AN E.P.S. REPORT WRITTEN

0311 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0745 Hours-Theft From Auto-7600 Block of Powhatan St: Officers responded to this location for a report of a theft from a vehicle. Officers gathered as much information as available and provided the caller with case numbers for their insurance company. Report Written 1035  Hours- Subject Stop-84 00 Block of  Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to this location for a report of a disorderly male at this location. Officers met with the male and advised him of trespassing and loitering laws, and sent him on his way. No Report  1146  Hours- Truancy-84 00 Block of  Annapolis Rd: Officers, while on patrol, observed multiple school-aged juveniles at this location. The juveniles were stopped at this location and transported back to their schools.
