1452 HRS. VEHICLE ACCIDENT/ 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD, UNIT 1 STRUCK THE REAR OF UNIT 2. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 DRIVERS LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS ISSUED CITATIONS AND THE VEHICLE WAS LEGALLY PARKED. REPORT WRITTEN

1645 HRS. PREMISE CHECK/ 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD, AREA CHECKED CLEAR

1703 HRS. VANDALISM/ 6100 BLOCK 86TH AVE, R-1 REPORTED HER VEHICLE'S PASSENGER WINDOW WAS VANDALIZED. REPORT WRITTEN

1845 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8500 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB FOOTBALL COACH COMPLAINED THAT A GROUP OF HISPANIC MALES PLAYING SOCCER REFUSED TO VACATE THE FIELD FOR HIS TEAMS SCHEDULED PRACTICE.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET THE COACH AND A GROUP OF THE MALE SOCCER PLAYERS, WHO WERE ADVISED TO OBTAIN A PERMIT TO USE THE FIELD, THEN LEFT WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

1908 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1920 HOURS- RETURN CALL- 8500 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB FOOTBALL COACH COMPLAINED THAT ANOTHER GROUP OF HISPANIC MALES PLAYING SOCCER, REFUSED TO VACATE THE FIELD FOR HIS TEAMS SCHEDULED PRACTICE.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, AND ADVISED THE MALES TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED PERMIT FOR USE OF THE FIELD.

1938 HOURS- RESIDENTIAL ALARM 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  ALARM ACTIVATION FROM A LIVING ROOM MOTION DETECTOR AT THE RESIDENCE.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT, WHO ACCIDENTALLY ACTIVATED THE ALARM WHEN SHE WENT TO CHECK HER MAIL.

2019 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2110 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8200 BLOCK OGLETHORPE ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR REPORT OF TWO MALES WHO WERE HIDING BEHIND THE CALLERS VEHICLE.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.  THE MALES WERE G.O.A.

2147 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2203 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

2234 HOURS- WARRANT SERVICE- 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  A MALE WAS OBSERVED WALKING ON THE SIDEWALK, DRINKING FROM AN OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTAINER.  THE MALE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, DISCOVERED TO POSSESS AN OPEN WARRANT, ARRESTED, ISSUED A CIVIL CITATION, PHOTOGRAPHED, AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE D.O.C.

0006 HOURS- THEFT- 7400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD CVS- NCPD OFFICER RESPONDED TO ASSIST COUNTY POLICE LOCATE A THEFT SUSPECT FROM THE CVS. WHILE CANVASSING THE AREA NCPD OFFICERS LOCATED THE SUSPECT AND DETAINED THE INDIVIDUAL UNTIL HE WAS TURNED OVER TO AND IN COUNTY POLICE CUSTODY. 

1300 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0628 Hours-Accident-Annapolis Rd. @ I-495 SB: Officers responded to this location for a report of a two-vehicle accident, which left both vehicles disabled. Both vehicles were impounded, and officers were able to exchange information for both drivers. Report Written 0709  Hours- Family Dispute-5300 Block of 85th Ave: Officers responded to this location for a report of a family dispute. Officers met with both parties and advised them to seek assistance through the District Courts. 0607 Hours- Suspicious Person- 5200 Block of 85th Ave: Officers responded to the listed location for a suspicious male inside the building. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone. No Report 0703  Hours-  Stolen Vehicle- 54 00 Block of  85th Ave: Officers responded to the listed location regarding a stolen vehicle report. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller, who advised that his vehicle was missing. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been impounded for a parking violation. No Report 0956  Hours-  Property Damage- 58 00 Block of  Oland Dr: Officers responded to the location for a property damage report. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller, who stated a large tree branch had broken off and fallen onto their vehicle.
