0645 hrs., Theft from Auto – 5300 block 85th Avenue - Two subjects stole purses from victims car / Caller cancelled after they left the area and advised they would return later to file a report.

0738 hrs., Overdose - 8500 block 86th Court - Caller reported her daughter was acting unusual. The daughter checked out ok. 

0759 hrs., Premise Check - 6100 block of 85th Avenue/ All clear

0816 hrs., Premise Check - 7700 block Riverdale Road / All clear

0908 hrs., Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / All clear

0916 hrs., (Assist P.G.P.D.) Silent Hold-Up Alarm – 7700 block Annapolis Road / All clear

0941 hrs., Premise Check – 8500 block Annapolis Road / All clear

1133 hrs., Unknown trouble- 8400 block Annapolis Road - Caller reported subject was bothering customers at the Subway. Subject refused several commands and attempted to fight the officer which resulted in him being placed under arrest. NCPD 2 was notified / REPORT WRITTEN

1327 hrs., Robbery/ 7500 block Goodluck Rd/ PG County Off duty officer was riding his bike and was thrown off the bike by the suspect who held his hand underneath his shirt and stole the victims bike. After canvassing the area, New Carrollton PD apprehended the suspect. RST was notified and the victim sustained minor injuries and PG County handled the incident due to their officer being the victim. NCPD 2 was notified.

1737 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 5700 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  CITIZEN CALLER COMPLAINED OF AN INTOXICATED MALE ON THEIR PROPERTY.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET THE MALE, WHO WAS INTOXICATED AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DETAILS DUE TO A LANGUAGE BARRIER.  A SPANISH SPEAKING OFFICER RESPONDED, TRANSLATED ALL RELEVANT INFO.  THE MALE REFUSED MEDICAL SERVICES AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE METRO STATION TO TRAVEL BACK TO HIS RESIDENCE IN VIRGINIA. REPORT WRITTEN

1913 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK. 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA DUE TO AN ON-GOING NEIGHBOR DISPUTE.  NOTHING SUSPICIOUS WAS OBSERVED, NO ISSUES TO REPORT.

2030 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2110 HOURS- ALARM- 6600 BLOCK CHESTNUT AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A RESIDENTIAL ALARM.  OFFICERS VERIFIED THE RESIDENCE WAS SECURE WITH NO SIGN OF FORCED ENTRY; UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM ACTIVATION.

2145 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

2230 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK CARROLLTON PKWY-  ALL CLEAR.

2055 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - COMPLAINT OF PEOPLE LIGHTING FIREWORKS IN THE PARKING LOT.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE AREA, BUT WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE PEOPLE IN QUESTION OR ANY SIGNS OF FIREWORKS.

2310 HOURS- ALARM- 7600 BLOCK TOPTON ST. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A SIDE DOOR ALARM ACTIVATION.  UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS MET WITH THE RESIDENTS DAUGHTER, WHO WAS A KEY-HOLDER, BUT WAS UNABLE TO REMEMBER THE ALARM SECURITY CODE.  OFFICERS CONFIRMED THE KEY-HOLDERS IDENTITY, AND THE ALARM COMPANY SHUT THE ALARM OFF REMOTELY.

2315 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ANONYMOUS CALLER REPORTED TWO PEOPLE ARGUING AND PREPARING TO FIGHT AT THE 7-ELEVEN.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET WITH A STORE EMPLOYEE WHO DID NOT OBSERVE AN ALTERCATION; A CANVAS OF THE AREA YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS FOR THE ALLEGED COMBATANTS.

0024 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE- ALL CLEAR.

0048 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK. 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA DUE TO AN ON-GOING NEIGHBOR DISPUTE.  NOTHING SUSPICIOUS WAS OBSERVED, NO ISSUES TO REPORT.

0117 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 6000 BLOCK MENTANA ST.- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA DUE TO CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF SUSPICIOUS MALES SMOKING C.D.S. AND GAMBLING.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. 

0134 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS DODGE- ALL CLEAR.

0155 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  COMPLAINT OF A FEMALE PANHANDLING AT THE LOCATION.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE AREA, BUT DISCOVERED THE FEMALE HAD LEFT PRIOR TO THEIR ARRIVAL.

0235 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  ALL CLEAR.

0303 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-   OFFICERS CHECKED WITH HOTEL MANAGEMENT, WHO HAD NO ISSUES TO REPORT.

0415 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- CHARLES CARROLL- ALL CLEAR.

0442 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

0542 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  COMPLAINT FROM STAFF THAT A GROUP OF PATRONS LEFT WITHOUT PAYING.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, MET WITH IHOP STAFF, AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE CUSTOMERS DID PAY FOR THEIR MEAL, BUT DID NOT TIP THE SERVER, WHO BECAME UPSET.  THE SERVER WAS ADVISED, THE GROUP WAS G.O.A.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
