Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ Caller wanted to
speak to officers in reference the call above. Officers learned the
caller and her neighbor have been having arguments over their vehicles and she
wanted legal advice. The caller was advised to seek a protective order
and notify her rental office.
0805 hrs., Commercial Alarm/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ The alarm was set off
by the cleaning crew.
0905 hrs., Mps/ 6400 block 85th Ave/ Officers responded to the
LOI for suicide. Once on scene, officers observed a female fleeing from the LOI
on foot. Officers gave chase and bought the female back to the LOI. The female
was upset that her ex-boyfriend was in another relationship with the same sex.
After talking to the female she didn't meet the criteria for eps and
her friend came to transport her home. REPORT WRITTEN

PLATES. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY REGISTERED, NOT REPORTED STOLEN, LEGALLY
PARKED, BUT DISABLED; THE VEHICLE WAS ISSUED A PARKING CITATION AND TOW
NOTIFICATION.

PGPD WAS 10-6 ON A CONTACT SHOOTING, AND REQUESTED OFFICERS
RESPOND TO POPEYE'S FOR A PANIC ALARM. OFFICERS RESPONDED, DISCOVERED THE
T/A TO BE ORDERLY WITH "BUSINESS AS USUAL." OFFICERS SPOKE WITH
MANAGEMENT WHO STATED THEY ACTIVATED THE ALARM FOR A DISORDERLY MALE WHO WENT
BEHIND THE COUNTER, TOOK A CUP, THEN LEFT THE T/A ON FOOT. A CANVAS OF
THE AREA WAS NEGATIVE, MANAGEMENT REFUSED FURTHER POLICE ASSISTANCE.

UNKNOWN SUSPECT REMOVED A BEDROOM WINDOW SCREEN AT THE RESIDENCE, MANIPULATED
THE WINDOW OPEN, MANIPULATED THE CLOSED WINDOW BLIND, AND WAS STARTLED BY THE
RESIDENT PRIOR TO MAKING ENTRY TO THE RESIDENCE. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO
SCENE, MET THE RESIDENT, WHO WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY SUSPECT DESCRIPTION; THE
AREA WAS CANVASED WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE SCENE WAS PROCESSED,
POTENTIAL EVIDENCE RECOVERED; DETECTIVE ROBINSON AND NCPD3 WERE NOTIFIED OF THE
INCIDENT. PGPD K9 WAS REQUESTED, BUT REFUSED TO RESPOND BASED ON THE

RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A MALE STATED THAT HIS VEHICLE WAS STRUCK BY
ANOTHER VEHICLE IN TRANSIT, AND THE STRIKING VEHICLE LEFT THE SCENE. THE
MALE WAS UNABLE TO SHOW OFFICERS DAMAGE TO HIS VEHICLE CAUSED BY A COLLISION,
AND THEN DECLINED POLICE SERVICES AFTER LEARNING HE WOULD STILL BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR HIS INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLES FOR ANY CLAIM HE CHOSE TO FILE WITH HIS CARRIER.

BLOCK OLIVER ST.- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC
ASSAULT/CUTTING. THE VICTIM SUFFERED SEVERAL LACERATIONS AFTER HIS
GIRLFRIEND ATTACKED HIM WITH A STRAIGHT RAZOR. THE VICTIM WAS TREATED ON
SCENE BY PGFD, AND REFUSED TRANSPORT. THE FEMALE WAS ARRESTED AND
TRANSPORTED TO D.O.C. UPPER MARLBORO, THE WEAPON USED BY THE FEMALE WAS
RECOVERED AND PLACED INTO NCPD PROPERTY AS EVIDENCE. A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
LETHALITY ASSESSMENT WAS CONDUCTED, THE VICTIM DECLINED SERVICES AT THE TIME OF
