  0630 Hours - Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear.   0700-0800 Hours- Radar Traffic Enforcement -  8100 block of Annapolis Rd. The appropriate citations were issued. No report   0820 Hours- Assist MSP/PGPD- 495/ B/W PKWY. MSP broadcasted a lookout for a vehicle wanted in a hit-n-run w/injuries. PGPD observed the vehicle and conducted a stop. NCPD officers were the closest backup units. No report   0850 Hours- Stolen Vehicle Arrest- 8200 block Annapolis Rd.  Officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and conducted a traffic stop. Officers requested a stolen check of the vehicle. Dispatch advised the vehicle was stolen out of Fairfax Va. The driver was transported to Upper Marlboro CDC w/o incident. Several citations were issued. No report   0906 Hours- Fraud- 5800 block 84th Ave. The caller advised he received an email from what he thought was an old neighbor. requesting money. The neighbor's information had been hacked. R eport written 1019 Hours- Vehicle release- 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy. No report   1021 Hours- Suicide- 7600 block Riverdale Rd.  The caller, who is a social worker, advised they received a text from the resident advising he wanted to hurt himself last night. Officers met with the resident who advised he didn't want to hurt himself. The social worker transported him to the hospital for
