0659 HOURS-Check Welfare-8500 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a male passed out on the 8th floor. Officers made contact with the male who was homeless and was sleeping in the hallway to escape the elements. The male was sent on his way. NO REPORT

 

0740 HOURS-Check Welfare-8500 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded back out to this location for a report of another male asleep on the 8th floor. It was found that this male was also sleeping in attempts to escape the elements. He was sent on his way. NO REPORT

Officers advised that it was a civil matter and that if the patron had an issue with their order, they could ask for a refund or go elsewhere to continue to get food. The patron was refunded their money and left. No report.

Upon arrival, the individual was combative with officers and taken into custody, and transported to a local hospital for an Emergency Petition Service. Report written

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the residents of the house who advised that their uncle had been drinking and must have used the phone to call 9-1-1. Officers advised the residents to take the phone away from the uncle until he was sober. No report.

A concerned guest believed they heard a sexual assault occurring from the floor below them. Officers spoke with the individuals in the room in question and determined that everything was consensual between the parties. No report.
