0659 HOURS-Check Welfare-8500 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a male passed out on the 8th floor. Officers made contact with the male who was homeless and was sleeping in the hallway to escape the elements. The male was sent on his way. NO REPORT

 

0740 HOURS-Check Welfare-8500 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded back out to this location for a report of another male asleep on the 8th floor. It was found that this male was also sleeping in attempts to escape the elements. He was sent on his way. NO REPORT

1404 HOURS-Check Welfare-5500 block Karen Elaine Dr.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a family having issues regarding abuse. Officers checked both units in the basement as indicated by the call and both residences answered stating nobody called the police. NO REPORT

1835 hrs. Disorderly 8300 block Annapolis Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a disorderly subject. Upon arrival, officers found out that a patron became upset over their order. Officers advised that it was a civil matter and that if the patron had an issue with their order, they could ask for a refund or go elsewhere to continue to get food. The patron was refunded their money and left. No report.



1848 hrs. Suspicious Person 6000 block Princess Garden Pkwy. Officers were called back to the listed location via direct line for a suspicious person. Upon arrival, the individual was combative with officers and taken into custody, and transported to a local hospital for an Emergency Petition Service. Report written

 

2042 hrs. Accident Adrian Rd. and Good Luck Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for an accident. All parties advised that no one had injuries and no vehicles needed to be towed. Information exchange was conducted. No report.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the residents of the house who advised that their uncle had been drinking and must have used the phone to call 9-1-1. Officers advised the residents to take the phone away from the uncle until he was sober. No report. 

 

2355 hrs. Disorderly/Unknown Trouble 640 block 85th Pl. Officers received a call for service to the location again. All parties were advised again to put the phone up and away from their uncle until he becomes sober. No report.

0140 hrs. Kick Out Order with Prince Georges County Sheriff – 8400 block Malissa St. Officers were dispatched to the listed location to assist with a kick out the order. No report.

0315 hrs. Unknown Trouble 8300 block Annapolis Rd. While on routine patrol, officers were flagged down by an individual who was complaining of back and leg pain and requested medical services. Officers called for EMS who transported the individual to the hospital. No report. 

 

0424 hrs. Sexual Assault/Disturbance 8500 block Annapolis Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a potential sexual assault. A concerned guest believed they heard a sexual assault occurring from the floor below them. Officers spoke with the individuals in the room in question and determined that everything was consensual between the parties. No report.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
