vehicle parked in a fire lane. A registration check was conducted. The
vehicle had a pickup order on the tags. Officers confiscated the tags. the
owner of the vehicle called a private tow to remove the vehicle. Report written

Ct.- Officers responded out to locate a next of kin to a subject who is in
critical condition at the hospital. Officers were unable to make contact with
anyone inside the residence.
1430 hours- Threat Comp- 8400 block Annapolis
Rd.- Officers responded out for a subject who believed he was being followed by
an unknown person. Upon making contact the caller suffered from a mental health
illness and realized no one was following him. The sig 4 did not meet the
criteria for an EPS.
