2326 hrs., Veterans Pkwy at Annapolis Rd/ Check on the welfare, caller stated there was a vehicle on the side of the road with a male passed out behind the wheel. Officers located the vehicle and discovered a male passed out in the vehicle. The male was woken up and began to attempt to hit the gas pedal as if to drive away. Due to the damage and location of the vehicle it was disabled and unable to be driven. Officers had the male step out of the vehicle and noticed he was intoxicated. Officers conducted the testing and issued the driver several citations and impounded the vehicle. Report written

0445 hrs., 8400 block Cathedral Ave/ Domestic Dispute, caller advised her ex boyfriend struck her and gave her a black eye, earlier today. While officers were speaking to her it was discovered that the incident took place in DC at the boyfriends apartment. The caller lives here and came home for safety. She was advised what she needed to do and she stated she would drive to a DC hospital and call the Metro Police from there. No Report.
