St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a
vehicle parked in front of their residence. Officers located the vehicle
and the persons inside sleeping. Officers checked the individuals and the
vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time. The individuals were

Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from
this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up. On
callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded
message. Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure
with no one inside. No Report.
0847 hrs., 8600 block
Annapolis Rd/ Stolen Vehicle, caller stated he was at the Shell station to
report his vehicle stolen from earlier this morning. Officers arrived at
the Shell station and the caller was not there. Officers then went to
8617 Annapolis Rd and were unable to locate the caller there as well.
Officers and communications made several attempts to contact the caller with
negative results. No Report.
0910-0940 hrs., 5300 block
of 85th Ave/ Parking complaint, officers observed several vehicles parked
illegally and citations were issued. No Report.
0945 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis
Rd/ Stolen vehicle, same caller as earlier but this time he was at this
location to report the vehicle stolen. Officers took the information for
the vehicle. The caller then stated his service dog was in the vehicle at
the time of the theft. Officers made contact with the owner, Allcar lease
to conduct a GPS track. The vehicle was tracked to a location in
Washington DC and MPD was notified to attempt to locate the vehicle to see if
the dog was safe inside. Officers located the vehicle, however the dog
was not inside at the time, they have a lookout for the dog to hopefully be
returned to the owner. MPD impounded the vehicle and the owner was
notified by officers as well as the reporting person. Report written

Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle Accident, caller stated they were involved in an accident
in the parking lot. Officers arrived and the accident caused minor damage
and neither party claimed injury on scene. Information was exchanged by
officers and both vehicles were able to be driven away. No Report

Rd at Annapolis Rd/ Traffic complaint, caller stated there was a delivery truck
blocking the roadway. Officers arrived and observed the truck, it was
blocking only one lane but a tow truck was in route to pick it up. Flares
were set out for safety. No Report.
1330 hrs., 8400 block of
Annapolis Rd/ Motorist assist, officers observed a female stopped in her
vehicle at the stop sign waiving cars past her. Unfortunately, she
created a traffic hazard so officers asked what was wrong with the car and she
stated it did not go uphill. Officers assisted her with backing down the
hill so she could go straight and park the vehicle. No Report.

Riverdale Rd/ Theft from Auto, caller stated a friend broke his car window and
stole two televisions he had inside. Officers took a report for the
property damage to the vehicle but the victim did not have any information on
the televisions for officers to go and check. He also did not have any
information on the suspect other than a nickname, and no address (just up the
hill.). Report written

Fountainbleau Dr/ Animal complaint, caller was the victim from the above
call, but did not say anything to officers at the time of taking the
information for the report. When officers asked him about it he stated it
happened but did not want anything done. Officers spoke to the caller who
stated her dog did not bite the victim. Officers advised her of what
action she can take. No Report.
