Hrs. Domestic Dispute 6400 block 85th Pl. Officers responded to the listed
location for a suspicious backpack near a vehicle.
Once
on scene officers located the backpack and found that the bag belongs to a
resident at the listed location. The resident advised the backpack had been
stolen out of her vehicle in Laurel Md. The resident advised it was her
ex-boyfriend who has been stalking her and placed the bag outside her
home along with messages stating he will always know of her whereabouts.
Officers advised the resident to seek assistance through the
commissioner's office. Report written

Hrs. Check Welfare 5300 Block 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed
location for a juvenile female found outside crying. Upon the officer's
arrival, the parent of the juvenile arrived at the residence and
stated she had gone to the store why her daughter was sleep. The parent
was advised of the laws and regulations for unaccompanied minors and

location to assist the Prince George's County Police with a fire in their
cruiser. New Carrollton Officer arrived on the scene and extinguished the
fire. No injuries were reported from the officer.

Hrs. Disorderly 7700 Block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed
location for two subjects that had been barred from the location. Once the two
subjects were aware that officers were in route, both subjects fled in an
unknown direction.

location and made contact with the store manager who advised the alarm was
accidental.

Hrs. Theft Call 8400 Block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the listed
location for theft. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the caller who
stated a customer stole merchandise. The customer provided his receipt with
over $120.00 of merchandise purchased. The caller then stated he
wasn't sure that a theft had occurred. The customer was sent on his
way without further incident.

Hrs. Residential Alarm 5300 Block 85th Ave. Officers responded to
the listed location for a residential alarm. Once on scene officers were
wet by the resident who stated she had accidentally activated the alarm.

Hrs. Domestic Dispute 8300 Block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the listed
location for a domestic. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the female half
who stated she had obtained a protective order against her ex-boyfriend.
The female half stated her ex had been following her. While officers were
advising the female half, the male half drove back on the scene and committed
multiple traffic violations while driving in a reckless manner through the
parking lot. A short pursuit ensued and the officers were able to make a
stop on the vehicle. The driver was then instructed to exit the vehicle and
placed under arrest and transported to the department of correction. Report

Annapolis Rd - Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing
found.
2145 Hours- Premise Check-8400 Block
Annapolis Rd - Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, nothing
found.
2146 Hours- Gun shots/
7A and CDS Arrest- 5300 block 85Th Ave - Officers were in the area of 5300
block 85Th Ave when officers observed muzzle flashes and sounds of gunshots
come from the balcony. Officers made approach and made contact with the
arrestee on the balcony. While the arrestee was on the balcony officers made
entry into the unit and detained the arrestee. Officers were able to get
consent to search the residence and located 5 lbs. of marijuana and an
unregistered un-serial number handgun. It was discovered the arrestee
was also prohibited from possessing firearms. The arrestee was transported
to the department of corrections for presentation of his charges. NCPD 2,3,4 and
Ned were notified of this incident. Report written
