Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated property had been stolen from her vehicle. The caller stated she had forgotten to lock her car doors prior to entering her residence. 1504 Disorderly 8500 block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly female in the lobby of the hotel. Once officers arrived on the scene they were advised that the female subject had fled once she was informed that the police was contacted. No Report

The subject reported he was off his medication and was seeing people that did not exist. The subject was transported to the hospital for an EPS. Report written
