Officers responded to the listed location for a female sleep in a vehicle with
the door open. Once on scene officers found the female sleep with the door
open. Officers woke up the female who had refused medical services. Officers
located the residence she had visited. The resident stated she went to the car
to get something but never returned and thought she had gone home. The female
subject returned back to her friend's residence until she was able to drive
home.

to the listed location for a disorderly customer. Once on scene officers made
contact with the manager who stated a customer was blocking the service lane
because she wanted to cut the line. Officers made contact with the
customer who stated she was handicap and felt she had the right to be serviced
first. Officers advised the customer that she needed to leave due to her
behavior and delaying service to the other customers that had arrived prior to
her.

Officers responded to the listed location for a family dispute. Once on scene
contact was made with a female subject who stated she was attempting to pick up
her kids. Officers later found out the female subject and her children's
father has been in a custody dispute for three years. The female half was at
the residence of her children's grandparent's home, where she
believed the children to be. Officers were then advised that the
grandparents had obtained a protective order from an incident the night before.
Officer then served the female caller and advised her of the conditions of the

domestic dispute. Once on scene officer made contact with the male half who
stated his girlfriend had obtained a credit card in both their names. The
male subject stated he called for police because his girlfriend became mad that
he found out about the card. The male subject was advised on how to handle the
credit card portion and advised to seek further assistance through the district
court commissioner.

location for a report of a two-vehicle accident which left a vehicle disabled.
It was found that the driver of unit-1 struck unit-2, which was parked. After
striking unit-2, the driver of unit-1 fled the scene, leaving the vehicle in
the roadway. It was also determined that the registration of unit-2 was
suspended with a pick-up order. The license plates were removed from unit-2 and
