0954 HOURS-Family Dispute-8400 block Carrollton Pkwy. - Officers responded to this location for a report of a family dispute. Officers spoke with the caller who stated she believed his grandson returned to the residence. It was found that the grandson did not return to the residence. The caller was advised to seek assistance through the court commissioner again. NO REPORT

1111 HOURS-Domestic-7800 block Riverdale Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a physical domestic at this location. Once on scene officers found the female half showing signs of an assault. At that time the male half was detained pending investigation. Officers spoke with the female half and found that the male half struck the female half in the face with a closed fist after an argument regarding money. The male was arrested for the assault. The female was administered a lethality assessment and advised to seek further assistance with the court commissioner. Report written

 

1118 HOURS-Disorderly-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a male standing in front of the establishment. Officers found that the male left prior to arrival. NO REPORT

 

1221 HOURS-Accident-85th Ave. @ Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a two-vehicle accident; however, officers were canceled prior to their arrival. NO REPORT

 

1225 HOURS-Traffic Stop-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- An officer while on patrol observed a vehicle commit a traffic infraction. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver was provided with a citation and advised. NO REPORT

 

1239 HOURS-Disorderly-8500 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a disorderly guest. Officers spoke with management and the guest and found that the incident was civil in nature. Both parties were advised. NO REPORT

 

1253 HOURS-Disorderly-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a person loitering in front of the establishment. The person was advised of the trespassing laws and sent on their way. NO REPORT

 

1346 HOURS-Fraud-6016 Princess Garden Pkwy- Officers responded to NCPD HQ for a report of a fraud. It was found that the reporting person was having issues with his Uber app and banking information being incorrect. The reporting person stated the incident was being handled internally by Uber; however, they required a case number. The reporting person was advised to continue seeking assistance through Uber. NO REPORT

 

1424 HOURS-Armed Person-5300 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a male breaking into vehicles with a weapon. Officers responded and canvassed the area for the suspect with negative results of the male or damage to any vehicles. NO REPORT

 

1450 HOURS-Neighbor Dispute-7500 block Riverdale Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a neighbor dispute. Officers spoke with the problem unit and found that the issue was coming from them recently moving in and causing a lot of noise while moving in. Officers spoke with the caller and advised them of the issue and what actions could be taken should the issue persist. NO REPORT

1919 Hours-Checked Welfare- 5800 block Lamont Dr. The caller advised her brother was under the influence of CDS. Officers spoke with both parties and settled the verbal dispute there were having. There were no signs of CDS. No report 

 

2012 Hours- Lock OUT/IN-  5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. The caller advised the lock on his front door was defective and he could not get out of his apartment. Handled by fireboard No report

 

2102 Hours- Disorderly-8400 block Annapolis Rd. The caller advised there was a male in the store being disorderly. Officers made contact with the male who was intoxicated and refused to leave. The male was taken into custody and transported to Upper Marlboro CDC without incident. Report written
