Officer drove through the parking lot of the listed location. He was stopped by
the manager stating a male subject had just fled the store. Officer attempted
to stop the male who then fled in a vehicle committing several traffic
violations. The vehicle then came to a dead-end street and the
suspect gave up. The suspect was arrested and transported to DOC for the

the mother of the children, and found that she was attempting to pick up her

mother that while she does have legal rights to the children, she could not
take them as it would not be safe for her to do so as she did not have the
proper child safety seats for the children. The mother was advised of what
