0615 hours - Hang up - 8500 block Annapolis Road: Communications advised that the caller called and then hung up. Officers responded to the location, checked the lobby, no signs of distress. Communications tried calling back the caller but no response. No report 

 

0740 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. NO REPORT

 

0825 hours - Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report 

 

0945 hours - Premise check - 7700 block of Riverdale Road: All clear.

 

1035 hours - Premise Check - 8200 block Annapolis Road: check clear.

 

1145 hours - Premise Check - 5500 block of Karen Elaine Drive: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report

1540 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. NO REPORT

 

1715 hours - threats complaint - 8300 block Fremont Street: The caller stated that his neighbor sent him threatening messages. Officers responded to the location, gathered all the information for the report and advised the caller. Report generated

 

1805 Hours- Customer Dispute - 8500 block Annapolis Rd. The caller advised she was not happy with the service she received so she did not want to pay the full amount due for the service. However, the store owner was holding the caller's car key until payment was made. Officers were able to settle the dispute. No report

 

1906 Hours-Family Dispute- 7500 block Riverdale Rd. Caller advised his neighbor knocked on his door. Officers spoke to the neighbor who stated she was trying to tell the caller they were being too loud. The caller was advised. No report 

 

2024 Hours- Suspicious Person- 5300 block 85th Ave. The caller advised her daughter was upset because she was made to return home after spending a week in the District Heights area with friends. Officers spoke with all parties and settled the issue for now. No report

 

2027 Hours- Theft-8400 block Annapolis Rd. The caller advised a female was in the store shoplifting. The female left prior to officer’s arrival. However, the store owner could not provide any information on what was taken. No report 

 

2130 Hours- Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear

 

2230 Hours- Premise Check- 5400 block 85th Ave Checked clear

 

0035 Hours- Traffic Stop- Lamont Dr./ Riverdale Rd. Officers observed a traffic violation and issued the appropriate citation. No report

0200 Hours- Premise Check- 8100 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
