scene, both employees stated they had been arguing over the time one
another arrived for shift and locking the office door. Officers
advised both parties to take the matter up with their supervisor to handle the

at the listed location for a disorderly customer. Once on scene officers made
contact with the bank manager who stated a male subject walked into her office
yelling that the ATM machine took his card and didn't dispense his money. The
manager stated she was unable to return the card because it was from another
banking institution per policy. Officers then advised the customer to contact
his bank and obtain a new card through them. No Report
