0935 hrs., Charles Carroll Middle School/ Suspicious activity, Officers were advised of a teacher that overheard students talking about an incident that occurred in Columbia.  The teacher was concerned about the conversation and reported it to Security, officers were advised and took a report on it.  Report written

1120 hrs., 7600 block Vicar Pl/ Residential Alarm, accidental by homeowner on the scene.

1235 hrs., 5900 block 85th Ave/ Disorderly male Armed, caller advised he and his roommate were in a verbal argument that escalated.  Caller advised his roommate shoved him and threatened to spray him with pepper spray.  Problem half left the scene prior to officer’s arrival.  Report written

1250 hrs., 7700 block of Riverdale Rd/ Hit and Run, caller advised he parked his vehicle in the parking lot last night with no damage.  When he returned to his vehicle this afternoon there was damage to the vehicle.  Report written

1335 hrs., 450 and ramp to 95/ Male lying on the ground, Officers attempted to wake the male up several times but he was passed out from alcohol.  Officers called for the ambulance who transported him to the hospital for treatment.  No report

1408 hrs., 5900 block 87th Ave/ Residential Alarm, Homeowner arrived on scene prior to officers leaving and advised it was accidental.  No report

1415 hrs., Charles Carroll Middle School/ Vandalism, caller stated a student jumped on his vehicle causing dents and scratches to it.  Officers are working with school security to obtain the information for the student.  Report written

1508 hrs., 8000 block Annapolis Rd/ Commercial alarm, alarm sounding from the front door.  Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the employee, accidental by employee.  No Report

1510 hrs., 7300 block Sara St/ Vandalism, caller advised her hubcaps were stolen.  After officers arrived she stated she had video but was unable to show them at this time.  Caller advised she would watch the video and let officers know due to the incident may not have occurred in the city.  No report.

1555 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Fight call, caller stated two males were fighting and one was dragging the other.  Officers arrived on scene and searched the area and both individuals were gone prior to arrival.  No report

1618 hrs., Westbrook Dr. and Powhatan St/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1645 hrs., Premise Check/ New Carrollton Public Library, check clear.

1725 hrs., 8600 block Annapolis Rd/ Missing Person, this was a return call and caller was asked if he did what officers told him last week, he said he did not.  The caller was also calling from the car as he was travelling outside of the city, he was not even home when he called.  He again was advised.  No report.

1757 Check Welfare/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd - the caller from California requested officers to check the welfare of his client. Officers attempted to make contact, however, the resident refused to identify herself and open the door. No report

1915 Check Welfare/ 5800 block 84th Ave - The parents were advised the home was not suitable for the children. The parents were given two weeks to make changes. The children will be sent with family for the time being. Report written

1950 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. - the area was clear. 

2150 Burglary/ 5300 block 85th Ave - The male was identified along with his girlfriend who lives at the residence. It was learned they were locked out and was attempting to gain entry. 

2016 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - The caller advised the subject left and returned and began recording & photographing her inside her vehicle. Report written

0218 Check Welfare/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - store personnel wanted a male checked out. The male was ok, refused EMS and police services. 

0410 Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd businesses closed for the evening. The area was clear.

0442 Check Welfare/ Legation Rd @ 85th Ave - caller advised a male sleep behind the wheel and the passenger using drugs. Officers made contact with the driver who was sleep. The driver advised he was tired and pulled over. The driver and passenger were checked for warrants with negative results. There was no evidence of drug usage. The driver was cited and sent on his way. No report
