made contact with the male at the above underlined location where he was
identified, photographed, and checked negative for warrants. The male stated he
was just expressing his displeasure with the government, he was advised. Field

call that was canceled after an open line. All parties refused police services;
they were advised against making false emergency calls.

Officers made contact with tenants at the location; they were advised on the City
of New Carrollton's noise ordinances and the music was turned down without
further incident.

Officers responded to the location to assist a Prince George's County Officer
with locating a missing juvenile. The juvenile female was released to the care
and custody of the PGPD Officer who transported her back to her residence.

2057 hours- Theft from auto- 8500 Block Annapolis Road - Officers responded
to the location and made contact with the victim and another complainant who
was with the victim at the time of the incident. Officers reviewed security
camera footage inside the hotel which provided Officers with additional
evidence. Latent fingerprints were recovered from the exterior of the vehicle.
There were some inconsistencies with the Victim and complainant's story; C.I.D.
was subsequently apprised on the incident. The victim was provided case numbers
and advised.
