parked their car at this location earlier and discovered today it was not

Caller flagged down officers to advise them she had a protective order she
needed served and the male half had been following her. Officers checked
the area and the male half had fled prior to our arrival. She was advised
to contact the police if he is around again so that he may be served.

Officers were advised there was a male in the hall screaming for help and to
call the police. Officers checked the area and knocked on doors, with
negative results.
