Person, Officers have been in contact with the male before and he has been
advised to stay off the property per management. Male stated he drove to
the location and when his vehicle was checked the tags came back to another
vehicle as well as the male having no drivers license. After conducting a
search incident, CDS was recovered as well. Male was issued

stated she was at the apartment of her Aunt to get her belongings, when she
noticed they were on the porch. She called upset and wanted to know why
the items were put outside. She was advised and arrangements were made
for her to come back another day to retrieve the bigger items in the

dog and made several attempts to contact the Prince George's County Animal
control with negative results. At this time all efforts were exhausted
