0928 hrs., 6400 block 85th Ave/ Parking Complaint, Officers checked the vehicle the caller complained about.  It was discovered the vehicle was legally parked and belonged to the house next door.  No Report

1306 hrs., 7900 block Legation Rd/ Parking Complaint, Caller stated the vehicle on the street was parked too close to her driveway.  Officers checked and the vehicle was not parked close to the caller’s driveway they had room to enter and exit their driveway.  No Report 

1330 hrs., Wendy's/ Hold up alarm, Officers checked the business and spoke to the construction workers on scene.  They did not trigger the alarm and there we no issues on scene.  The alarm was to be turned off during construction and it was not.  No Report.

1340 hrs., Cozi Furniture/ Disorderly Person, Caller advised he paid for furniture and has not been delivered yet.  Caller advised he attempted to get his money back but the Manager was not in so he became upset.  Caller was advised to wait until Wednesday when the manager gets in and speak with him.  No Report

1940 DUI-ACRS/ 8600 block Annapolis Rd - an intoxicated driver rear-ended a vehicle causing it to rear-end another in the travel lane. All vehicles involved were disabled and impounded by Charlie's Towing. The intoxicated driver submitted to a chemical test. Report written
