0906 Hrs. Unknown Trouble 8400 Block 85th Pl. -Officers responded to the listed location for unknown trouble. Once on the scene of discovered there had been a language barrier. The caller wanted to report an accident that occurred outside of our jurisdiction, the caller was advised.
