Officers responded to this location for a report of an accident. It was found
that the male had a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. The
driver, after refusing all tests, was issued multiple citations and transported
to his residence. The subject's vehicle was impounded as a result of the
accident.

responded to this location for a report of a vehicle that had the door handle
broken. Officers spoke with the caller and found that an unknown suspect used
an unknown tool to pry the door handle away from the vehicle door to gain entry
into the vehicle, however, no items were taken from the vehicle. The caller was
advised to contact his insurance company to fix the door handle.

scene spoke with the caller and found that an unknown suspect gained entry into
the vehicle due to a door being left unsecured. Officers found that multiple
