caller advised she went to her vehicle, and noticed it was ransacked. Caller
also advised $50 dollars in cash and approximately $30 in quarters were stolen
from the vehicle. There was no vehicle damage. Vehicle was processed for latent

- officers responded to an accident with no injuries, both vehicles were
inoperable and were impounded by Charlie's towing. ACRS written

caller wanted to advise officers, that someone went into her unsecured vehicle.
Nothing was stolen and there were damages to her vehicle. No report.
1701- Fight/ 5900 block 87th Ave, citizen
stated there was a male and a female fighting outside. Officers arrived and
spoke to both subjects, there were no signs of a physical assault and they
refused police services. No report.
1817 hours- Hit & Run- 8400 block Annapolis Road - There
was absolutely no damage to the caller's vehicle, there were no visible or
reportable injuries; the caller was advised and sent on her way without further
incident.

1841 hours- Welfare check- 7600 block Fountainebleau Drive - Officers
responded to the location to check the welfare of an elderly couple. Upon
arrival, there was no answer at the door. An Officer called the reporting
person at their request who then advised she located the elderly couple and no
longer needed Police services.

1856 hours- Residential alarm- 6100 block 85th Place- Officers
responded to the location for an interior motion alarm. Upon arrival, Officers
canvassed the perimeters of the residence yielding negative results for any
signs of forced entry; all the doors and windows were secured and there was no
answer at the door.

1858 hours- Domestic dispute- 8400 block Ravenswood Road- Officers
responded to the location and made contact with the caller who stated her
ex-boyfriend was at the residence banging on the door. The caller stated her
ex-boyfriend left prior to Officers arrival, but that she was concerned he
would continue to show up unannounced; she was resources and advised to seek
further assistance from the District Court Commissioner's office.

responded to the location to assist our Criminal Investigation division with
evidence collection at the location for a theft from auto that was reported
during the day. Evidence was successfully collected.

1915 hours- Theft- 5900 block 89th Place- While assisting C.I.D. with evidence
collection, the owner of the listed location approached Officers and stated
some miscellaneous items were stolen from his backyard. All evidence that could
be gathered was obtained. NCPD C.I.D. was aware of the incident, as Det. Monge
#3158 was on scene.

previous call, Officers observed a vehicle with an open door. Officers
attempted to make contact with the owner to verify if any items inside the
vehicle were missing however, the owner refused Police services.

previous call, an Officer was flagged down by a neighbor stating their
vehicle was ransacked. The vehicle was processed for latent fingerprints. The
owner advised nothing was missing from inside the vehicle. NCPD C.I.D. was
still on scene.

H.Q.)-
While on scene of the theft from autos, a
complainant stated he saw a male running through the wooded area towards
the New Carrollton Police station. It was discovered that the juveniles were
more than likely not related to the theft from autos, however the stop was
still documented.

2020 hours- Lost Property- 6016 Princess Garden Parkway (NCPD H.Q.) - The
complainant stated he was unsure if his wallet was actually lost or simply
misplaced, he was advised to replace his documents at the
appropriate facilities.

2025 hours- Vandalism by gunfire- 8500 block Fremont Street- Officers
responded to the location and made contact with the caller who stated he
discovered damage by gunfire to his vehicle. The caller also stated that the
night before he thought he heard sounds of shots, but did not call for
emergency services because he assumed it was the rain. Det. Sgt. Robinson #3146
was on scene. Several bullet casings were recovered from the ground near the
location. An investigation is pending at this time.

male was identified, checked negative for warrants, and photographed. It was
discovered that the male did not reside at the location therefore, he was
issued a trespassing/barring notice and a civil fine for loitering. The male
was then sent on his way without further incident.

Officers were advised that the caller was not on scene.

responded to the location for a minor fender bender. There were no injuries

an information exchange was conducted and provided to both drivers.

While on patrol, an Officer observed a parking
violation. It was discovered the vehicle's registration had recently expired. A
parking citation along with a 48- hour notice was issued to the vehicle.

contact with the caller who stated the males were gone; the caller was advised.

0032 hours- Traffic Enforcement/ (Suspicious person)-7400 Block of
Riverdale Road- While on patrol, an Officer observed a suspicious
occupied vehicle, the Officer than observed the vehicle commit a traffic
violation and conducted a traffic stop. It was discovered that the vehicle was
unregistered as a result the driver was issued several infractions. The driver
managed to get a private towing service to tow the vehicle to his residence.
The registration plates were recovered from the vehicle and placed into NCPD
property.

responded back to the location for another open line. Once inside the
residence, Officers observed the interior of the home in extreme uninhabitable
condition. There was also evidence of a business being ran in the basement area
of the location. Therefore, photographs were taken for documentation purposes.
It was also discovered that four young children live at the location which
raised another concern. Child Protective Services was notified. The report will
also be forwarded to the City of New Carrollton's Code Enforcement
division. Both parties were advised and elected to both stay at the residence
and avoid any further conflict.

0528 hours- Welfare check- 8300 block Donoghue Drive- Officers
responded to the location for a report of an aggressive elderly woman under
assisted living care. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the
caregiver/caller who stated the elderly woman was behaving aggressively towards
her. Officers than made contact with the elderly woman who was very calm and
cooperative. The caregiver elected to call the elderly woman's son so that he
could take charge and custody over her. Police services were no longer needed,
all parties on scene were advised.
