DRIVER DID NOT POSSESS A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND THE VEHICLE WAS A RENTAL VEHICLE.
THE DRIVER FAILED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO THE RENTAL
AGREEMENT THEREFORE, THE VEHICLE WAS CONSEQUENTLY IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING
