Elaine Dr, caller advised someone with a black hoodie and black ski mask, was
looking into her bedroom window. Officers canvassed the interior and exterior

advised unknown suspect damaged his vehicle. Officers arrived on scene, caller

1802 hours- Disorderly- 8300 Block Annapolis Road - Officers
responded to the location for a customer refusing to pay his tab at the
restaurant. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the caller, who stated he
wanted the customer to be barred from the location because he had
apparently thrown a bowl a soup, which prompted the owner to call for
assistance. The caller stated the customer did pay his tab, at which time, the
customer was escorted out of the premises, he was identified, checked negative
for warrants, and issued a barring notice from the location.

responded to the location with a lock out kit for a child locked inside of a
vehicle. The Officer was able to gain access to the vehicle without causing any
damage; the child was unharmed and in good health.

sitting inside her vehicle and heard her side view mirror snap when a vehicle
drove past however, there was no damage to the side view mirror or the vehicle
itself, the caller could not provide information on the other vehicle, she was
advised.

accidentally dialed for emergency services when she held down a button on her

responded to the location and made contact with a tenant inside who stated she
did not call for emergency services nor did anyone else inside the residence.

responded to the location and made contact with the caller who was standing
outside of the residence. The caller stated she was previously involved in an
altercation with the resident of the address listed above and that she wanted
assistance retrieving her purse from inside the residence. The caller's purse
could not be located she was referred to the District Courts to dispute her
civil issues against the other party.

responded to the location to assist an Officer working secondary employment in
the area who observed a driver struck a parked vehicle. The driver was
identified and checked negative for warrants however, it was discovered that
the driver did not possess any driving privileges, as he was unlicensed. Though
the damage to both vehicles was superficial, an A.C.R.S was generated due to
the driver being issued citations for operating a motor vehicle without a
license. The owner of the striking vehicle arrived on scene and took
ownership of his vehicle. The owner of the parked vehicle was located, provided
case numbers and advised. The driver was photographed, provided case numbers,
issued his citation, and advised.
