with the victim who advised they had last seen their vehicle on 3/24/21 at

citizens in reference to a scam. They stated they were being scammed by a
business they agreed to work with. Neither individual lived in New
Carrollton nor was the company associated with any property in New
Carrollton. The individuals were advised to cease communication with the
company and to contact their local police department if they had further

contact with the individual who advised that they were fine and refused any

who responded to the listed location for theft. As officers were arriving
at the scene the suspects enter a vehicle and fled. Officer made contact
with the vehicle at the next intersection and arrested the occupants
of the vehicle and recovered merchandise that had been stolen. Both
arrestees were transported to the department of corrections for

2000 hrs., CVS Pharmacy/ Theft, caller stated there were four
juvenile females in the store possibly stealing items. When officers
arrived and asked what items the manager stated it was a couple of masks that
they were able to get back from them. They could not provide any other
items that they may have stolen. Officers searched the area for the
females with negative results. Due to them getting their items back, and
the females fled, No Report.
2031 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Unknown trouble, caller stated a
female in an upper apartment threw a note down saying call the police.
Officers arrived and began to speak to the female half who stated she needed
help. Officers spoke with her and provided her with the assistance she
needed. It was discovered through the investigation that the male had two
open warrants through Montgomery County. Officers transported him to DOC
for the service of the warrant. Report written

mother was almost bitten by the loose dog in the area. Upon arrival the
caller did not know where the dog was or where it belonged. Officers were
able to locate it as it walked into its own backyard. The owners were not
home but animal control will be notified to conduct a follow up with the
