the 7-11 who had been standing there awhile. Officers advised him and
sent him on his way. No Report.

Lock out of a residence, caller stated she is locked out of her apartment and
her mother cannot hear her knock because she took sleeping pills. Caller
stated she also needed her medication for her mental illness. Officers
arrived and asked the caller for identification. The identification did
not reflect the address we were at to pick up the medications.
Officers asked if she was permitted to be at the address and she stated yes, it
was her mother’s apartment and she was kicked out of her other residence due to
an active protective order. Officers contacted the mother, who was awake,
and she stated the caller was not to be at the house due to prior acts of her
coming in after days away and late at night. Caller was advised the
police nor the fire department would be breaking down the door to allow her
access to the residence. She was advised. No Report.

vehicle at the intersection and they observed the driver choking the
passenger. The vehicle made the right onto Annapolis Rd and went towards
Landover hills. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicle,
jurisdictions further down Annapolis Rd were notified to look out for the

the area on patrol, officers were flagged down by a male asking for an
ambulance due to him not feeling well. Ambulance arrived and the male was
