0600 hrs Commercial Burglary Alarm – 8200 block Annapolis Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a commercial burglary alarm. Upon arrival, officers were met with employees who provided the proper codes. No report

 

0705 hrs. Premise Check – 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Check clear.

 

0817 hrs. Vandalism – 6600 block Lamont Dr. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a vandalism call. Upon arrival, officers met with the complainant who advised their vehicle had been damaged sometime during the night/early morning. Officers took photographs of the vandalism and provided the case number to the victim for insurance purposes. Report written

1049 hrs. Death Notification – 5900 block 89th Ave. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a death notification. Upon arrival, officers were advised by PG County Fire and EMS that the decedent had been pronounced dead and had a DNR in place. Next of kin was contacted. Report written

1557 hrs. Disorderly – 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a disorderly.  Upon arrival, the female half advised that the male half gave her back her keys and then refused police services. No report

 

1618 hrs. CDS – 5400 block 85th Ave. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for individuals selling CDS. Upon arrival, officers found a criminal amount of CDS on one of the individuals. The individual was taken into custody and transported to DOC. Report written

 

1655 hrs. Hit and Run- 8300 block Annapolis Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location. Caller advised she was hit by another vehicle who fled the scene. Report written

 

1730 hrs. Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear.

 

1845 hrs., 7300 block Longbranch Dr/ Information, caller stated someone called his friend and told him he had to get money ready for tomorrow or they would be selling his house.  The caller stated he was told that the males would come and get the money tomorrow and if it was not there they would go to the bank and take it out.  The caller stated his friend did not get any money out or exchange it with anyone at this time.  He was advised it was a scam but if he wanted to be safe to call the bank and have his accounts changed or frozen.  There was no loss at this time, he was advised.  No Report.

2221 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Disorderly, caller stated her daughter and friend were arguing and the children were upset and hiding in the closet.  Officers arrived to find items of the males thrown in the hallway.  Officers spoke to the female who stated the male was drunk and they had a stupid argument.  The male was intoxicated lying on the floor, he refused medical assistance.  Neither party wanted to speak to officers or needed any assistance.  No Report.

2340 hrs., School check/ Robert Frost Elementary School, check clear.

 

0015-0040 hrs., 5300 Block of 85th Ave/ Parking tickets issued, several tickets were issued without incident.

 

0100 hrs., Hanko Building/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, officers located a vehicle running with occupants inside.  The occupants were checked, advised, and sent on their way.  No Report.

 

0134 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Overdose, caller was the room mate who stated his friend was not acting right.  The friend stated he used PCP several hours ago and at the time of the call was feeling the effects, however now he was fine.  The roommate stated he was alright with him not going to the hospital, due to refusing, and that he would keep checking on him.  Male refused medical treatment and was talking clearly to officers on scene, No Report.

0235 hrs., Premise check/ Darcars Dodge, check clear.

 

0300 hrs., Premise check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

 

0319 hrs., 7-11/ Disorderly person, Officers were doing a patrol of the 7-11 and observed a female, officers know to have mental conditions.  While in the store she began to yell at officers and people blocking the doorway.  What she was yelling did not make sense and officers asked her several times to leave the area but she refused.  Due to her condition and possible danger to herself officers took her to PGH for an evaluation. Report written

0457 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Return call, caller stated his roommate is not feeling well again and wants the ambulance.  Officers arrived and spoke to the male who stated he was having strange reactions to the CDS and went to the hospital of his own free will.  No Report
