officers observed the decedent hanging from the monkey bars. Officers cut the
decedent down and discovered the decedent had passed away hours ago. PG county
homicide responded out and took over the investigation. Report written

welfare of a subject. The subject suffered from a mental health disorder and
refused to take her medication. The subject wanted to speak to a doctor at the
hospital. The subject was transported by ambulance to the hospital. no

needed information on what to do if her child's mother violated the custody

to the hospital for injuries before the officer's arrival.
