were dispatched to the listed location for a disorderly individual who was refusing
to leave. Upon the officer's arrival, the complainant advised that the
individual had urinated in the hallway. Officers checked for wants and warrants
on the individual, which came back negative. Officers advised the subject to
leave the area and advised that they had a year and a day to apply for charges.

86th Ave. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a
welfare check. The complainant advised that his girlfriend was being held
against her will. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the complainant who advised
that his girlfriend was inside her house with her ex-boyfriend and that he, the
complainant, had been told to leave. The complainant was asked why he felt that
his girlfriend couldn't leave to which he couldn't come up with an answer. The
complainant was advised to leave the area and that if the girlfriend needed
help, then she should call the police. No report.

Fonainbleau Dr. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a
disturbance. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the parties involved who advised
that they were having a disagreement over child custody. The male half came
over to the female half's apartment when the children were still sleeping and demanded
to take them out with him. Both parties were advised that it was a civil matter
and advised how to go about obtaining a child custody agreement. No report.

Annapolis Rd. While on routine patrol, officers were stopped for found
property. Officers dropped the wallet off to the owner. No report.
1230 hrs. EPS – 8400 block Annapolis
Rd. While on routine patrol, officers observed an individual
having a mental crisis and under the influence of phencyclidine (PCP). Officers
attempted to get the individual to calm down but were unsuccessful. The
individual ran out into the roadway into oncoming traffic, officers then used
reasonable force to gain control of the individual. The individual was
transported to a local hospital for an emergency petition evaluation. Report written

1640 hrs. Indecent Exposure – 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for an individual masturbating in the hallway of the apartment building. Upon the officer's arrival at the location, the individual was gone. No report.

stated there were 15 males outside selling CDS, smoking, and drinking.
Officers arrived to locate the same 4 males that live there standing
outside talking. They were not smoking CDS or drinking when officers
arrived and spoke to them. They were advised and moved to another
location. No Report.
1853 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Property Damage, fire department
requested assistance for a door they had to force open. The renter locked
himself out of the residence with a pot of water burning. The fire
department forced entry to the door causing damage to the lock.
Maintenance was contacted and was on scene to replace the lock so the
apartment could be secured properly. There was no other damage done
to the apartment itself. Report written

with a man down at the bus stop. Officers arrived and located the male on
the ground speaking to Paramedics. He stated he was fine and refused to
go to the hospital. Due to the man's intoxicated condition, officers drove
him to his residence on Fairborn Terrace. No Report.

transport with the previous call a gun shot was heard from the area.
Officers checked the whole area and spoke to other individuals at the park who
stated it sounded like it came from the path by the park. Officers walked

male in the hallway that she believes exposed himself earlier today.

When officers spoke to him the wallet was not lost in this area, but he knows

premise check on his residence. No information was given as to why the
request or what officers should look for. Offices spoke to the caller who
again gave little information, he was advised on how to make an official
request with all of the pertinent information. He was advised we will check
but with very little information to go on it makes it difficult. No

mother is not opening the door to let him in to see her. Officers spoke
to the male half who stated that was his address and he wanted inside due to
his apartment being renovated. He stated his daughter's mother refused to
open the door and let him in. Officers spoke to the female half who
stated her daughter was asleep because she has school in the morning and she
did not want him inside to wake her up. She also stated he has not lived
there in over 4 months, officers are familiar with the situation. He was
advised about the time and the child needing to sleep and what actions he
needed to take (landlord tenant, civil matter.) No Report.

there were loud vehicles in the area and they believed they were racing up the
road. Officers were in the area already and did not hear anything.

hrs., 7-11/ Disorderly, caller was an employee who stated they asked a male to
leave and he refused. Officers spoke to the employees who stated the male
came into the store and took a cup with water. The male then refused to
pay for it because it was water. He was advised he needed to pay for it.
The store still takes a loss if he does not. He paid for it and was sent

hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Domestic Dispute, caller stated she and her
boyfriend got into a physical altercation. Officers arrived and spoke to
the female half who stated the altercation that took place over an hour ago and
the male half was out at a club. Officers did observe injuries to
the female and she was examined by fireboard, but refused to be transported to
the hospital. All domestic notifications were made and explained several
times to the victim about what action she needed to take. Report written
