Welfare Check – 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a check for welfare.  The complainant advised she was talking to her sister and her sister fell.  Officers arrived on the scene and knocked on the door, but the individual inside refused police and medical services. No report 

 

1215 hrs. Suspicious Person- 8500 block Annapolis Rd. Officers received a direct call to the station for a suspicious individual possibly with a pocket knife on him.  A description was provided of the individual.  Officers canvassed the surrounding area with negative results. No report. 

 

1345 hrs. Theft – 8200 block Annapolis Rd. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a possible theft. Officers canvassed the area for the individual with negative results. No report

 

1415 hrs. Premise Check – 7400 block Riverdale Rd. Check clear.  

 

1530 hrs. Fight – 5400 block 85th Ave. Officers were dispatched to the listed location for a fight. Both parties had mutual signs of injury. Both parties were advised on how to press charges. Report written

2123 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Disorderly, caller stated a friend of a mutual friend had taken his car key.  Officers arrived and spoke to both parties, the caller stated the male took the key and refused to give it back.  The male stated the caller took his cell phone and refused to give it back.  After several inquiries as to the location of the key, the male finally told officers where it was.  Officers located the key and returned it to the owner.  The owner was advised what action he could take for supposed threats made to him by the male.  The male gathered his belongings and was escorted out of the hotel due to staff wanting him removed.  Report written

 

2215 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Check on welfare, caller stated he and his siblings were locked out of the residence by their mother.  Officers arrived to find a package by the door but no children.  The caller was contacted and stated it was a misunderstanding and he did not require our services.  No Report.

 

2225 hrs., Premise check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.

 

2240 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Dispute, caller stated her boyfriend was upset because she wired money to another male.  She stated he was upset the money used was his and he did not know she was giving him money.  The caller stated her girlfriend called her to wire her boyfriend some money.  The male half left the residence to take a walk.  No Report.

 

2300 hrs., Premise check/ New Carrollton Public Library, check clear.

 

2335 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Disorderly, caller stated there was a person sleeping in the hallway of the building and they could not wake them up.  Officers arrived and woke up the female, who stated she was homeless.  Officers attempted to locate a shelter but they are closed here for the year. The female half was dropped off in the complex by a friend but we were unable to get in touch with them. The female was advised and sent on her way.  No Report.

0119 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Home Invasion, caller stated two males with guns entered her residence and demanded her money.  She stated she cooperated and the males left the area.  Officers searched the area with nothing found.  Investigation was started and Prince George's County CID arrived on scene.  They took the investigation over and will write the report in RMS, notification was made to NC3.  Report written by PGPD.
