0838 hours- Assist PGPD- 7515 Annapolis Rd. Caller advised he was robbed at gun point while at the ATM. NCPD units assisted with getting the lookout broadcasted, and canvassing the area. No Report

1145 hours- Accident- Annapolis Rd./Finns Ln. Officers responded to a minor two vehicle collision and assisted the drivers with exchanging information. No report

 

1200 hours-Theft-7700 block Riverdale Rd. Officers received a station call that two subjects were in the T/A stealing. Officers canvassed the area and located the two subjects which lead officers on a short foot pursuit. Both were detained without incident. Report written

1755 hrs., Shoppers/ Unknown trouble, caller stated she has been doing CDS all day and needs a ride.  Officers checked the area of the shopping center and the bus stops with negative results.  No Report.

 

1825 hrs., Forman Mills/ Vehicle accident, caller stated she was struck by a vehicle and she was injured.  Officers located the vehicles in the parking lot.  The caller's vehicle had all the airbags deployed and both vehicles were disabled.  Both vehicles were impounded and citations were issued to the driver who caused the accident.  Report written

 

1950 hrs., Premise check/ CVS Pharmacy (foot patrol), check clear.

 

2022 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Information, caller stated her boyfriend's wife knew too much about their relationship so she feels she has been spying on them.  The boyfriend told her that his wife knew about private conversations between them as well as she knew where the caller lived.  At this time the caller is only going by what the boyfriend is saying, she has had no interaction with the wife, nor has anything illegal been committed.  Officers still advised her as to what action she could take.  No Report.

2154 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Dispute, caller stated her son was in his room smoking crack and she had a protective order to serve him.  Officers arrived and spoke to the female, she stated she feels her son is violating the order by smoking in his room.  Officers looked at the paperwork and the order had already been served last night (Peace Order only).  Officers then checked on the male and there did not appear to be any CDS use at this time.  Officers began to explain to the caller about the peace order and that we were not able to evict her son, when she became very upset and told us to get out.  Officers handed her the paperwork back and left the apartment, she refused any further service from us. No Report.

 

2214 hrs., 8100 block Gavin St/ Dispute, caller stated she believed her step daughter broke into the residence.  Officers arrived and spoke to the caller who stated when she came home from work she saw the chain on the door broken.  Officers then spoke to the step daughter who stated she had to call a locksmith to let her in the residence due to the caller locking her out last night in her pajamas.  She stated she tried to get back into the residence but the caller refused to open the door so she slept at her friend’s house.  When she came home to get ready for work the caller had left for work and secured the residence.  She then called a locksmith to let her in and paid for the service, which included them coming tomorrow to replace the chain on the door.  The caller was upset and wanted officers to tell the step daughter she had to leave the house, the process was explained to her on how to legally have her removed from the residence.  No Report.

2335-0005 hrs., 5300 block of 85th Ave/ Parking complaint, officers wrote several citations for parking violations in this area.  Clear without incident.

0046 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Unknown trouble, caller did not say anything just called and hung up the phone.  Call taker was unable to make contact with the caller; the line was busy.  Officers arrived and spoke to the caller who stated her baby's father refused to give her money for the children.  She stated he had money but would not give her any.  He was not on scene and did not live there.  She was advised what action she needed to take to file for child support.  No Report.

0340 hrs., 7-11/ Suspicious Person, officers observed a male standing outside of the 7-11 for several minutes.  Officers approached the male and advised him of the loitering law, he stated he was there getting food.  Officers sent him on his way.  No Report.

0426 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Noise complaint, caller stated it sounded like someone walking in high heels above them.  There was no call back information or specific apartment number given.  No Report.
