dispute between family members. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both parties

caller advise he hadn’t spoken to his sister or nephew, and he received
information that his nephew had recently expired. The caller was requesting an
update. Officers spoke with the female in question who confirmed that her son
had recently expired. However, she advised she did not have a brother by the
name of the caller. No information was divulged to the caller by members of

1755 hrs.,, 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ 911 hang-up
call, call taker stated there was a child on the line who called several
times. Call taker stated they did not hear any signs of a struggle,
however when asked the child refused to put an adult on the line. Several
attempts were made to call back but the line was busy. The call taker
finally was able to speak to an adult and discovered everything was fine the
child was just playing with the phone. Officers were cancelled prior to
arrival. No Report.
1815 hrs., Cozi Furniture/ Disorderly, caller was management who
stated there was a couple in the store wanting the furniture or a refund and
were becoming disorderly. Officers arrived and spoke to the couple who
stated they were upset because they needed the couch they ordered and it was
supposed to be in, in December. They stated they called several times and
each time were told two more weeks. When they went to the store today
they were told it would be the end of June, they got upset and asked to have
the floor model, for which the store refused to clean and provide to
them. Officers advised them to contact the manager on Monday and if that
was not satisfactory to call the corporate office and explain the

1846 hrs., 6400 block Carrollton Ct/ Disorderly, caller stated a
male was following him home to his residence at the location of the
incident. Officers spoke to both parties and one side was extremely
intoxicated and would not listen to what officers had to say. The other
party did live on the street and just so happened to follow the caller onto the
street. It was a misunderstanding due to the caller being
intoxicated. No Report.
1905 hrs., Westbrook Dr at Legation Ct/ Suspicious vehicle
occupied, while on patrol officers observed a vehicle parked at the dead end of
the street in the "No parking Zone." Officers approached the
vehicle and began to speak to the driver. When officers asked the driver
questions he became very upset and argumentative. He stated he was just
eating dinner in his vehicle, even though he lives in the city. When
attempting to check on his welfare he again became argumentative, officers
advised him he was illegally parked and needed to move his vehicle. A

officers located the accident and observed it was minor. Both vehicles
had minor damage and neither party claimed injury on scene. Information
was exchanged between both parties and both vehicles were driven off of the

hrs., Darcars Dodge/ Disorderly, caller stated a customer was getting
aggressive with employees. The customer was with family attempting to
purchase a vehicle. The sale went through, however she became very upset
and refused to complete paperwork properly to be able to take the
vehicle. The customer grabbed the keys and went to the vehicle in an
attempt to drive it off the lot when workers stopped her, due to her confusion
and strange behavior. They were afraid of her getting into an accident.
When the customer became upset and began to hit, yell, and refuse to get out of
the vehicle. The manager at this time refused to sell her the vehicle and
cancelled the transaction. She was extremely upset stating she was not
leaving without the vehicle or paperwork with the cancelled sale.
Officers were able to calm her down and get her into her daughter’s vehicle
while the paperwork was being processed. Officers then gave her the
paperwork and advised the daughter she needs to be seen by a doctor for her behavior,
there may be a severe underlying issue causing her to act out. Report written

a verbal argument on the way home from him getting her from work.
Officers arrived and spoke to the caller who stated she and her husband were
having a verbal argument about him wanting money for fixing the sink. She
said they argued the whole way home and she was upset. Officers then
spoke to the male half who stated they were arguing in the vehicle and she
struck him in the face. Officers checked and there were no signs of
injury. He was advised since it occurred on Bladensburg Rd in Adam sector
to contact them, he refused. Both parties agreed they would stay away
from each other and stay in their own rooms. Report written

hrs., Foodway/ Assault, caller was a taxi driver who stated his passenger he
picked up may have been assaulted. When speaking to the driver it was
discovered the male was picked up from a restaurant in Glenn Arden
and was complaining about pain and the driver noticed he was bleeding from the
mouth. The passenger was able to get in touch with a friend, who said he
would come and get him from the Foodway parking lot. The caller said he
did not want to take him home. He was too intoxicated and felt he needed to go
to the hospital. The passenger refused medical assistance and the family
took him home, after getting some information out of him they believe he may
have fallen and not been assaulted. They were given information on who to
contact if that changes when the passenger sobers up tomorrow. No Report.

in the room and disrespecting her. She stated he left and she did not

party and loud music coming from this residence. Officers arrived to hear
the music and an unreasonable level for the time of night. The officers
spoke to the homeowner and advised him the party needed to be shut down and the

crazy. Officers arrived to see the males in the residence arguing with
each other. Officers spoke to the room mate who stated he was upset
because he was having girl problems. He was upset and the other males in
the house began to yell at him and it upset him so he yelled back. The
caller stated they tried to talk to him but he struck one of the other males in
the face and continued to yell when asked not to. The caller also stated
the roommate said he was going to smack him. Due to him living there, he
was not thrown out of the residence and the caller was advised several times
what he needed to do to have him evicted the proper way. All parties were
advised about filing charges on the assault that did not occur in our

communications this address is not valid. Officers checked the area close
to what might be this address and did not locate anything. There was no

hrs., 85th Ave and Longfellow St/ Man Down, officers were flagged down for a
male laying on the sidewalk. Officers located the male, who was extremely
intoxicated, on the cold cement in only a sweatshirt. Officers checked
and he did not appear to be in distress from the cold. Officers were
finally able to obtain his address and take him to his residence in
Lanham. He was dropped off to family at the residence. No Report
