0732 hrs Child Custody Dispute- 5400 block 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location for a child custody dispute. Officers advised both the mother and the father of their parental rights and how to file for custody through the courts. No Report

 

0757 hrs. Accident- 8600 Block of 85th Ave. Officers responded to a  two-vehicle accident and conducted an exchange of information.

 

0856 hrs. Child Custody Dispute- 5400 block 85th Ave. Officers returned to the listed location and made contact with the female half-mother who had obtained a protective order through the District Court Commissioner and wanted officers to serve the male half. The male half was GOA and all parties were advised. No Report

 

0932 hrs. Theft- 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for theft. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated he thinks his old roommate stole his cable box.  The caller was advised that the incident was a civil matter and advised. No Report

Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated three of his wheels had been stolen from his vehicle. Officers collected all information need and generated a report. Report Written

Disorderly Persons- 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr. Officers responded to the listed location and made contact with the caller who stated the several male subjects were using profanity towards her mother as she attempted to back her vehicle out of the parking space that they were blocking. The male subject and the caller's mother were GOA, the caller was advised. No Report

 

1538 hrs. Welfare Check- 5700 block Legation Ct. Officers responded to the listed location to make a notification to a resident about a patient. Once on scene, it was found that the person of interest no longer resides at the residence. No Report

 

1648 hrs. Domestic Dispute. 5300 block 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location for a domestic dispute. On scene, an officer was able to hear yelling and glass breaking inside the residence. Officers knocked at the door for several minutes requesting for the door to be opened. The male half eventually opened the door and officers made contact with both parties. Both parties stated it was only a verbal argument and refused police services. No signs of injuries were displayed on either person, the male half elected to leave the residence. Report Written

0210 hrs., CVS Pharmacy/ Burglary, caller stated they saw a truck backing into the front door of the building in an attempt to steal the ATM.  They stated there was also a Dodge charger in the parking lot they believed the males were getting into.  Officers arrived to see the truck in the parking lot empty, due to it being disabled from the crash into the doors.  Notification was made to NC2 and Detectives.  The vehicle was impounded and transported to District 1 for DC police to come and fingerprint.  Report written
