0600 hrs., Premise Check/ 5800 block Westbrook Dr. / All Clear.

0700 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

0800 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

0900 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

0904 hrs., Accident/ Annapolis Rd @ Veterans Pkwy/  Unit 1 and Unit 2 were in a traffic accident, causing Unit 1 to be disabled. The driver of Unit 2 was transported to UMPGH for back pains. Unit 1 was impounded due to it being disabled in the roadway. REPORT WRITTEN

1055 hrs., Theft from Auto/ 7700 block Arehart Dr. / Caller stated he had parked his vehicle in front of his residence with the doors locked. Caller stated when he went to retrieve something from his vehicle he noticed the lock on the door was popped off and that some cable wires were missing from the vehicle. REPORT WRITTEN

1130 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / All Clear.

1154 hrs., Disorderly/ 6400 block 85th Ave / Caller stated a student was attacking teachers with a weapon. Officer arrived on scene and spoke with the caller who advised the student did not have a weapon but he was trying to hit some of the teachers who were trying to calm him down. The student parents were contacted and spoke with him to calm him down. REPORT WRITTEN

1200 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ All Clear.

1244 hrs., Traffic/ 8600 block Annapolis Rd/ Officers was on a routine patrol, when he observed a vehicle with expired tags. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle received multiple citations and the vehicle was impounded for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN

 1300 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

1305 hrs., Welfare Check/ Annapolis Rd @ Veterans Pkwy/ Caller advised there was a male past out in his vehicle on the roadway. Officers responded out but did not observed anyone past out on the roadway.

1343 hrs., Family Dispute/ 5800 block Mentana St/ Caller advised his grandfather was acting strange and that it was scaring him. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the caller who advised his grandfather was not at the house but he wanted officers to go found out where he was. 

1400 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

1456 hrs., Suspicious Person/ Carrollton Pkwy @ Jodie St/ Caller stated a suspicious male came into the public works and urinated on the floor and left. Officer observed the male subject and stopped him. Officers spoke with the male in question who advised officers he could not hold it in but he did clean up his mess. Officers conducted a warrant check which yielded negative results. The male was advised and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

1458 hrs., Residential Alarm/ 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy/ dispatch advised officers the front door alarm was activated. Prior to officers arriving, dispatched cancel the call.

1500 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr.  / All Clear.

1600 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

1623 hrs., Theft/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / Caller stated 2 males came into the T/A about 3 hours ago and stole a display phone from the counter. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with the caller who advised Officers they did not noticed the phone missing until, until a customer wanted to know information about the phone. REPORT WRITTEN

1645 hrs., Accident/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd/  Unit 1, Unit 2, and Unit 3 were in a traffic accident causing minor damage. There were no injuries and each driver exchange information and was given case number.

1700 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Gavin St/ All Clear.

1825 HOURS- ASSIST PG SHERIFF- 7000 BLOCK GOODLUCK RD.-  OFFICERS ASSISTED THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY SHERIFF IN  SERVING AN VACATE ORDER AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION.  

1845 HOURS- VEHICLE RELEASE- 6016 PRINCESS GARDEN PKWY.- THE CALLER ARRIVED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A  VEHICLE RELEASE. OFFICER'S CHECKED THE RMS SYSTEM AND DISCOVERED THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN IMPOUNDED IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER. FURTHER REVIEW OF THE RMS SYSTEM REVEALED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN RELEASED TO CHARILE'S TOWING AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO NOTIFY THE OWNER OF THE IMPOUND. THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT CHARLIE'S TOWING WITH ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VEHICLE.  

1910 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.- ALL CLEAR. 

2010 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR.- ALL CLEAR.

2054 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.- WHILE ON ROUTINE PATROL OFFICERS STOPPED A MALE SUBJECT WHO WAS OBSERVED  PANHANDLING, OFFICERS ADVISED THE MALE SUBJECT. PG COMMUNICATIONS ADVISED THAT THE MALE HAD AN OPEN WARRANT. REPORT WRITTEN

2159 HOURS- ASSAULT CALL- 5700 BLOCK 83RD PL.- CALLER STATED HE HAD BEEN ASSAULTED IN THE PAST AND WANTED FILE A REPORT. DURING THE INTERVIEW IT WAS DETERMINED THE INCIDENT OCCURRED OUTSIDE OF OUR JURISDICTION. PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY POLICE WERE CONTACTED AND ARRIVED TO THE LISTED LOCATION AND ASSISTED THE CALLER. 

2235 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8000 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

2315 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 5800 BLOCK MENTANA ST.-POLICE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISED THERE WAS A HANG UP CALL FROM THIS ADDRESS. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER. THE CALLER REFUSED POLICE AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.

2350 HOUR- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0020 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME. 

0115 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0140 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK OF RIVERDALE RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0225 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8100 BLOCK RYCROFT AVE.- ALL CLEAR. 

0340 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.  

0415 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8000 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0455 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0515 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.

0530 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE 5800 BLOCK MENTANA ST.- CALLER STATED HE WANTED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH THE CALLER, CARE TAKER STARTING YELLING AND SCREAMING AT HIM. UPON OFFICER ARRIVAL, WE MADE CONTACT WITH THE MALE CALLER WHO WAS STANDING OUTSIDE HIS RESIDENCE. THE CALLER STATED HE NO LONGER WANTED HELP FROM THE RESPONDING EMS UNIT AND THAT HE WAS GOING BACK IN THE HOUSE. ALL UNITS CLEARED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT.
