0630 hrs. Premise check/ 5400 Block of 85th Ave/ All Clear

0715 hrs. Premise check/ 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd/ All Clear

0800 hrs. Premise check/ 7100 block Good luck Rd/ All Clear

0853 hrs. Suspicious Vehicle/ 8300 block Legation Rd/ Caller stated there was a vehicle parked blocking her driveway. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the driver, who stated he fell asleep and did not notice he blocked the driveway. A family member arrived on scene to pick up the driver up, due to the driver not possessing a Driver license. 

0900 hrs. Check on welfare/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Caller wanted officers to check on his daughter.  Officers were canceled prior to arrival. 

0945 hrs. Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / All Clear

1030 hrs. Premise Check/ 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd (Foot Patrol)/ All Clear

1045 hrs. Stolen Auto/ 8300 block Quintana St/ Caller stated her vehicle was stolen. Officers arrived on the scene, Caller advised officers that she and her husband are going through a divorce and that her husband took the car that they both owned. The caller was advised. 

1053 hrs. Disorderly/5900 block Harland St/ Caller stated that her Grandson was breaking her things and yelling profanities. Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the grandson, after speaking with him, he met the protocol for an emergency psychological evaluation. The grandson was transported to Laurel Regional Hospital for an emergency psychological evaluation. REPORT WRITTEN

1214 hrs. Theft/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / Caller stated that a Male had stolen items from the T/A and was traveling on Annapolis Road by the Dunkin Donuts. Officers canvassed the area and located a male matching the description given by Prince George's County Police Dispatch. Officers stopped the male, checked for warrants with positive results. A show up was conducted with the Manager at T/A with negative results. The male was transported to Prince George's County Department of Correction for the open warrant. REPORT WRITTEN

1242 hrs. Suspicious vehicle/ 8100 block Gavin St/ Caller stated there was a vehicle parked in front of her house. Officers arrived and made contact with the driver inside the vehicle in question. Officers smelled an odor of marijuana, the driver informed officers he smoked earlier, and the vehicle was checked with negative results. The driver was checked for warrants with negative results. The driver was advised and sent on his way.  REPORT WRITTEN

1342 hrs. Theft/7000 block Good Luck Rd/ Caller stated that items were stolen. Officers arrived and made contact with the caller who advised that two black Dell laptops were stolen between 02/18/18 at 1300 hours and 02/22/2018 at 1200 hours. The caller was provided the case number and to contact her insurance company in reference to this incident. REPORT WRITTEN

1815 HOURS- DOMESTIC ARREST- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC ALTERCATION.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE FEMALE HALF HAD ASSAULTED THE MALE HALF, CAUSING INJURY TO THE MALE.  THE FEMALE WAS ARRESTED, SEARCHED, CHECKED NEGATIVE AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE D.O.C.  THE MALE WAS PHOTOGRAPHED, REFUSED MEDICAL SERVICES AND L.A.P., WAS REFERRED TO THE COURT COMMISSIONER FOR SERVICES. REPORT WRITTEN

1854 HOURS- PREDESTRIAN STRUCK- GOOD LUCK RD./LAMONT DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR REPORT OF A PEDESTRIAN STRUCK ACCIDENT.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER, WHO STATED HE THOUGHT HE STRUCK A PERSON WALKING IN THE ROADWAY.  THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE CALLERS VEHICLE, AND THE MALE WALKED AWAY FROM SCENE PRIOR TO POLICE ARRIVAL.  NO ACCIDENT VERIFIED.

1907 HOURS- BREAK-IN- 5800 BLOCK NYSTROM ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A BURGLARY.  THE RESIDENT STATED THAT UNKNOWN SUSPECTS BROKE THROUGH HIS BASEMENT DOOR AND TOOK ELECTRONICS.  NCPD4 AND DETECTIVE MONGE WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1928 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 5700 BLOCK 83RD PL.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE FAMILY INVOLVED, ALL PARTIES WERE PHOTOGRAPHED, REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT ON SCENE, WERE UNINJURED, AND WERE REFERRED TO THE COURT COMMISSIONER FOR SERVICES.  THE FEMALE HALF LEFT THE RESIDENCE TO STAY WITH A FAMILY MEMBER FOR THE EVENING. REPORT WRITTEN

2011 HOURS-  MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.  

2031 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2047 HOURS- RESIDENTIAL ALARM- 5800 BLOCK NYSTROM ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE RESIDENCE FOR A FRONT DOOR ALARM.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE HOMEOWNER ON SCENE, WHO STATED THE ALARM MALFUNCTIONED AND THAT POLICE SERVICES WERE NOT REQUIRED.

2138 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2223 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS DODGE-  ALL CLEAR.

2301 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2318 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 85TH AVE./LEGATION RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A MALE IN A VEHICLE AT THE LOCATION.  THE MALE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY. REPORT WRITTEN

2339 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 3RD PARTY COMPLAINT OF LOUD NOISES FROM THE APARTMENT.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH A MALE AND FEMALE WHO WERE INVOLVED IN A DOMESTIC ALTERCATION OVER A CELL PHONE.  BOTH PARTIES WERE IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, REFERRED THE COURT COMMISSIONER FOR SERVICES AND ADVISED.  THE MALE LEFT THE SCENE TO GO TO WORK AND THE FEMALE LEFT TO STAY AT A FAMILY MEMBERS FOR THE EVENING. REPORT WRITTEN
