0730 hrs., 8500 block Freemont
St./ Stolen Auto, caller stated she left her vehicle running and parked in the
driveway at around 0700 hrs. She went inside to do some things and when
she came back out to the vehicle at around 0725 hrs., the vehicle was gone.
Officers canvassed the area to include the surrounding schools and parks with
negative results. REPORT WRITTEN
0815 hrs., Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.
0855 hrs., 7700 block
Riverdale Rd / Missing Person, caller stated his son came home last night from
Military school and walked out the door. The caller’s son is 16 years of
age with no issues, but caller stated his son does this often and normally will
come home after a few days. Officers contacted NC3, Missing Person's
Detectives, and surrounding jurisdictions (with a General Broadcast) Officers
conducted searches in all the apartment complexes located in the city with
negative results. REPORT WRITTEN
0930 hrs., 5900 block 85th Ave/ Suspicious vehicle
unoccupied, caller stated there was a vehicle parked outside of her residence
for several days now. Officers arrived on scene and ran the information
for the vehicle and it came back with a valid registration, no stolen, and it
was parked legally. The resident came out to speak to officers, and she
was upset that a vehicle could park in front of her residence and that the
neighbors have so many vehicles. I advised her it was a city street and
they are permitted to park there, but if she had any further problems she could
contact Code Enforcement to find a possible solution.
1015 hrs., 5800 block Lamont
Dr./ Property Damage, Caller stated his mother's vehicle was damaged sometime
throughout the night. Officers observed damage to the driver’s side of
the vehicle but did not see any signs of what may have caused the damage.
Information was gathered from the son and Officers verified it with the owner
of the vehicle, who was not on scene. REPORT WRITTEN
1030 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine
Dr., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings
and around the vehicles, check clear.
1058 hrs., 8400 block Ravenswood Dr. / Stolen
vehicle recovered, while canvassing the area for the stolen vehicle from
earlier Officers located the vehicle. The vehicle
was processed for latent prints and the owner was called to come to
pick up the vehicle. Vehicle was removed from NCIC as stolen. No
new case number was taken due to the small time frame, but a supplement was
written.

hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.
1304 hrs., Assist Prince George's County Police
with a stabbing that occurred at Parkdale High School. Officers posted up
in the city in an attempt to catch the suspects running out of the wooded
area. Assisted with the Victim once he was located.
1333 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Officer attempted to
stop a juvenile male at this location. The juvenile refused to stop and
began to attempt to flee and cuss at the Officer. The Officer again
attempted to stop him and the juvenile began to fight with the Officer. Officer
called for immediate assistance, where upon several Officers from several
jurisdictions arrived to assist. The juvenile was arrested and
transported to a juvenile facility for holding. The officer was
transported and treated at Prince George's County Hospital for injuries
sustained. REPORT WRITTEN
1658 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Citizen Robbery, Officers
met with the caller and discovered the incident did not occur within our jurisdiction
and Prince George's County Police were contacted. They arrived on scene
and took over the investigation.
1928 Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave / while patrolling the
area. A vehicle with several inside was observed. See below
1932 Suspicious
Vehicle/ 5400 block 85th Ave / four males sitting
in a vehicle. Males were waiting for their sister to arrive home. All males
checked negative for warrants. REPORT WRITTEN
2030 Premise Check/ 6400 block 85th Ave / area was clear
2115 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / spoke with the
front desk, no issues reported
2230 Commercial Alarm/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / Alarm from the
panel, front and rear doors were secure.
2305 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Area was
clear
2310 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / spoke with customer
service, no issues reported
0010 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / spoke with the
front desk, no issues reported
0050 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was
clear, no suspicious activity observed
0128 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / area was clear

0314 Return Missing/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / the missing from
the above call returned around 2345 last night. Upon officer’s arrival, the
juvenile left the residence again

0422 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd/ area was clear
