0640 hrs., 5900 block 85th Ave/ Vehicle into the wooded
area, Officers located the vehicle and discovered it was in Prince George's
County Police jurisdiction. They were notified; however the owner
arrived on scene with his own tow. Prince George's Police were notified,
they handled it.
0735 hrs., 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle accident, there
was minor damage to the vehicles and no injuries reported on scene.
Information was exchanged between parties by Officers and both were advised.

0840 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave.,
Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and
around the vehicles, check clear.
0915 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr., Citizens
complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the
vehicles, check clear.

School check/ Carrollton Elementary, check clear.
1120 hrs., 6100 block Lamont Dr./ Alarm, there is no such
address in the City of New Carrollton. Officers had them call back and it
was discovered it was located on the Prince George's County side.
1130 hrs., 6400 block Fairborn Terrace/ Information
requested about the whereabouts of his vehicle. Caller stated his vehicle
was broken down on the side of the road and when he went back to retrieve it,
it was gone. Caller was unsure of where it was but just wanted to know if
Officers could advise him if it was towed. Officers ran the vehicle
registration and advised him who it was towed by so that he can attempt to
retrieve his vehicle to get it fixed. He was advised.
1146 hrs., 6100 block Lamont Dr./ Officers observed a
male sleeping in his vehicle. When Officers spoke to the male he stated
he did not have enough gas to take his kid to school, go back home, and come
back and pick her up so he wanted to sleep in the parking lot until she was
done with school. A check of the male was conducted, he was advised, and
sent on his way. Field Contact was
completed. REFERENCE WRITTEN
1156 hrs., Doctor's Hospital/ Assault (Domestic) Officers
responded to Doctor's Hospital to speak with a female about an incident that
occurred on February 4th at 0300 hrs. She stated she and her husband were
involved in a verbal dispute which turned into him pushing her. Officers
questioned her but due to the lateness of the incident and no signs of a
physical altercation a report was taken. All information for assistance
was offered and she was advised what action to take. REPORT WRITTEN
1255 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ Check on the
welfare, caller stated he has not spoken to his mother in 3
months and wanted us to check on her. Officers
located the female at her residence in good health. Officers contacted
the son back (who lives in California) and gave him some suggestions on how to
keep in touch with his mother and the information for the rental company as
well.
1405-1420 hrs., Westbrook Dr. at Powhatan St/ Crosswalk Detail,
clear without incidents.
1430 hrs., 7-11/ Customer Dispute, customer was yelling at
employees about the fact that his debit card would not work. Customer was
yelling about there being more on the card than what the clerk was saying and
his purchase should go through. Officers calmed him down and advised him
it was an issue he needed to take up with the bank not the clerk at the
business.

1530 hrs.,
Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.
1550 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Riverdale Rd/ Vehicle accident,
there was minor damage to both vehicles and neither party claimed injury.
Information was exchanged between parties by officers.
1557 hrs., Station call/ Citizen wanted to speak to Officers
about a complaint he had against Foodway. Officers advised him it was a
civil matter that he would have to speak to the Manager there and if that did
not satisfy the issue he would have to speak to a lawyer about the issue.
1605 hrs., 8600 block Preston St/ Check on the welfare, Doctors
hospital called about a male who left the hospital with possible IV's still in
his arm. Officers located the male and his wife, who stated he left of
his own free will. Officers did not see any IV's still in his arm and
when the hospital was called back for further information, they stated he was
an adult and able to leave on his own due to him being stable enough to.
1632 hrs., 6100 block 85th Ave/ Threats complaint, caller
stated that his neighbor wrote him a letter and it was against the Peace Order
he had against the neighbor. Officers were unable to see who the letter
came from, the caller did not have a copy of the peace order, and so he was
advised to seek the assistance of a lawyer or the court for contempt charges
against the neighbor.
1705 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave.,
Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and
around the vehicles, check clear.
1728 hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Theft from Auto,
caller stated his registration tag was stolen sometime during the night on
February 4-5th. Caller is unsure exactly when it occurred or who may have
taken it. REPORT WRITTEN
1824 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd /male having a disagreement with the store over his picture being up in the store. Advised civil matter
1838 Disorderly/ 5400 block 85th Ave /subjects hanging in
the hallway. Officers observed two juvenile females in the hallway. One lived
in the building and the other was visiting. The other juvenile mother responded
and picked her up. REPORT WRITTEN
1925 Noise Complaint/ 5300 block 85th Ave /
called and complained about neighbor making noise. The complainant was provided
case numbers for reference and advised to contact property management.

female who are in an on/off relationship we’re having a verbal altercation over
the male moving another woman in the residence while she’s there with her

advised the power cutoff activating the alarm.
